People making instructions teaches us a lot, I still remember me building trials from NIco, cars from Crowkillers or machines from Han. It's a shame that there are people like that...

A crawler is like an extreme off-road vehicle and almost everything is invented in lego, except for changes in the body and any news of wonderful minds... many cars will closely resemble those we already know, and that's the real challenge, anyone who can do something new, playable and relatively simple could win, although I have no idea what criteria they have lego. Maybe the concept tatra-crawler born . I think I can do something decent in less than a month... .

Where the technic is popular?

AFOLs think the same but Lego want to buy sets and a more complex crawler than the 9398... it will be too expensive... no benefits...

What would Lego perffer, a utracomplex crawler or one easier to sell?, anyway it is a good challenge I hope to see a lot of crawler designs. I thought Lego had cuusoo for this...

What a master piece... I would like to see that level of detail applied to a large car, it would be great but the weight would be a big problem...

As my avatar says it is obvious that I prefer the linear actuators, they are strong enough, biggs, accurates and it's great fun to make the transmission, not to put the L.A. beside the motor .

I can not speak for everyone but I also started by MODs in my case the Enzo and Fiorano Ferraris but I modified the inside the important thing is to learn little by little.
