First AFOL I know who does weightlifting as me , may be a good ability for Lego, we can easy separate the pieces . You are right the natural ability is important, the sentence I didn´t understand was "I'v read that it takes around 10,000 (or 417 days) hours to reach your best at most hobbies and sports." I thnik that everybody has in own time to achieve his goals, only this, some day we can talk about training .

I don´t know well what ability is goot to be a good builder... I haven´t got creativity but I draw well since I was little, obviously I draw things that I see or remember but never of imagination, with Technic is the same I see a machine and I draw it on real 3D with Lego . Am I good at doing mechanical puzzles?, I almost always find the simplest solution for them but I think it has nothing to do with my building skills. To have some technical knowledge can help, that was my problem at first ... the advantage is that everything surprised me but I think the best quality is to learn quickly and to see brickshelf a lot... Dandexter I don´t agree with that information, I build with Lego for almost 3 years, I do weightlifting for almost 18 years and every year I am better in both... my MOCs talk and my the weight lifted is increasingly, we never have to put limits.

I have problems with the arm, it has to be perfect and to have a long travel and it is difficult to harmonize both , but it is the fun part too . Thank you for comments dudes .

The real machine has a 12V engine so I try to use a 12V one, similar proportions, functions and features almost "similar" with Lego.

This time with a L motor for propulsion... changes and changes and the fake "fake" 12V engine .

Alasdair I will try to do it... VFrancigteam I love small places and big machines . Legomuppet9 I haven´t got a large hand but my fingers are a little fat... for that my tools . A pic for you, if you're good there will be more, just kidding .

A Spain AFOL said the same thing I measured again and it is OK, as it is unfinished the perspective may confuse you, me and everybody else I will measure for the third time in any case.

The Lego one is small, I have to do a big yellow one

I don´t know yet if it will be a komatsu WA900 or WA800. The machine is big but the space between their huge wheels is very small (width). The part I like is finished... now the part I don´t like... 3 big L.A. , 2 small ones for steering, 1 XL motor, 3 normal ones, 2 receptors and a rechargeable batery, everything in a small place, only four days of work a fast MOC. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCWiPq_8MK8&feature=channel&list=UL

Very interesting so the angle depends on the distance between axes. Tutorials like this are great, to have a few around here would be great.

Because I enjoy doing the most difficult I always try to put the maximum steering angle in my MOCs but I think most of the time I put more than necessary and I waste time and complicate me without requiring, for this reason I like to know what different angles are used in vehicles such as trucks, cars, formula ones or what you can think, another big question I have is where is usually placed on the wheel the steering pivot, outside inside?. It would also be a good idea to collect here the various existing management or invented systems so people could clear doubts. Thank you.
