  1. I honestly think you underestimate the power of liftarm, as an example put cars on a large scale such as Sheepo do, on only 4 points, full of mechanisms and endure, I'm sure it can be done a hard boat, hard enough to get details in or a support which serves as a reinforcement outside. You have to understand me I always build in a small space with many mechanisms, with so much space I go crazy .
  2. , you like Lego but Lego sure loves you .It is fortunate that the ships don´t have to work or its proportions are not limited by parts like wheels, that allows you to make an incredible amount of detail. One question, where is the fake engine and how many cylinders has the engine of a boat like this?.
  3. How can it be that you have no dislike?, let me be the first .
  4. Well... this was my first MOC from my dark ages, made in 2010 with bricks , helped me to learn a lot and I remember it fondly but is ugl ...
  5. A thread called "what's your worst MOCs" would be fun  sure all of them we have something to show .
  6. Yeah, I was frankly concerned about that point... .
  7. More pics, slow and bored work or hobby .
  8. Nico71 on his page has instructions for some MOcs, I remember a couple of machines, Sariel has instructions for a trial truck and there are more creators who has instructions on brickshelf. I have instructions too for a tatra but only with pics http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=499614 if you look for you will find them.
  9. I preffer this one and I suspect that neither has instructions they are creations of their owners. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=4826562
  10. I spent a lot of money in my first year after my dark ages three years ago, now as I only build MOCs and I have enough pieces I only buy new parts when they are interesting.
  11. For me the 8043 B-model is real and playable a must have B-model , in second place are the 9397, 8285 and 8265 B-models.
  12. I think that I speak from a different perspective, I just build MOCs and I buy sets only for interest parts or colors, in this case I don´t like the white parts and it seems that the new hubs aren´t as good as expected, also the olds formula 1 were much better than this, in my opinion. When you build RC cars with 7 gears or machinery with many functions everything that Lego makes is not enough, is a blessing curse .
  13. It would be nice to have an updated list with the most representative works in each class, planes, cars, machinery, ships... so new people could see them. The way how to do it and how to agree on what would be the best is the hard part of the work.
  14. Of course I am sorry I mean , a lot of people will think this MOC is a Lego set, with this everything is said.
  15. I have to finish my current car and I see beauty and good ideas everywhere... it wasn´t a good idea to open this thread now .
  16. I built one when I left my dark ages, it was easy and fast but now I think I can rebuild it better with a back steering axle. The funny and hard thing would be to have traction on all wheels, mine only had traction on the two rear axles. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=513151
