I remember when I pre-ordered Injustice, then came in the next week to find that there was a new pre-order bonus for the Red Son skin pack that I would've gotten had I waited a week to pre-order. Quite the disappointment. Otherwise, no problems.

I'm so pumped for Plastic Man! He's one of my favorite characters and I was so hoping he'd make it to physical! I was hoping he would be in a set with some stuff he could turn into, but I'm okay with this!

I think that it would be nice if we just got one or two versions of each character with leg printing without any new parts or colors, that way we could just mix and match parts to get the costume we like best. Added to the idea that they make the different versions of the costumes, it only gets better. I'm terrified of what the exclusives are going to be this year, but hopefully the inevitable set reveals make up for them. Also, if anyone's wondering, I tried the first few episodes of Ultimate Spiderman and they really are bad. I'm going to jump on to the new season hopefully and see if it gets good. Have you guys heard the rumor that Young Justice Season 3 is going to be announced at Comic Con? Maybe then DC will have an animated line-up to give us the diversity that Marvel's got.

Those are fantastic, Oky! I suggested Static, and it's really great to see that someone did it! Green Hornet and Kato rock, and I'm tempted to spring for the deluxe Lego Movie DVD to make that Lucius Fox!

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (Video Game Discussion)

I would be very anxious to find out how they'd fit them into the story myself -
Nevermind, somebody got to that first. Sorry. That Vulture is ungodly. Eghh. I hope we do get a classic Vulture, though. One good thing about the Spiderman sets is that we've never seen the same version of the same villain twice. I'm hoping that after this new season we'll get Miles Morales, 2099, White Tiger, and Cloak and Dagger. Villain-wise, Carnage, Lizard, Mysterio, and Kraven would do it for me. I'm hoping they find a way to get Coulson into the new wave, too. I think a Heath Ledger Joker is unlikely, not because of the violence of the character (because good god was that not exclusive to Ledger's *shudders a little*) but because of his death. I know it's been awhile, but it still seems like something Lego wouldn't want to touch. Also: Should I check out Ultimate Spider-Man? If I watch it, it'll be from the beginning onward. I have a decent tolerance for "okay-ish" (I watched Agents of SHIELD from the start, and it's the very definition of "okay-ish" for that first half) and am willing to dig through a gracious helping of crap to get to the good stuff.

I think (don't quote me on this) that Agent Venom is a military officer operating with a modified symbiote that he can control. That's all I really know of him.

After getting Shredder's Loki-esque backstory on the last new episode, this makes so much more sense!

How often is it that non-existent figures are showcased in those comics, though? (Actual question, because I have no idea.)

I love your Heatwave! That torso wouldn't happen to still be on store shelves, would it?

I'm thinking Firefly will show up in the new wave. LEGO has been showing him off quite a bit lately. Even then, Scarface and the Ventriloquist are far more interesting character(s) than Firefly. I think we'll likely see those 2, Firefly, and Green Lantern in the next wave. Hopefully Green Arrow, Sinestro, and Grundy as well, but they're less likely.

Robin's magnet suit looks interesting. I'll reserve further judgement until I see the full thing. -
In that comic the Flash didn't have the white backing to his symbol, just red. Kinda like the Flash costume from the new series... It was probably just a coloring error, but a boy can dream *sigh* I have a slight feeling that that mutant might make it in a set as a generic goon.

I've got a batch of mostly Green Arrow villains! Professor Ivo Komodo Constantine Drakon Count Vertigo and the ehhhh-est of them all, Bamboo Monkey Shame I don't have an official Green Arrow to go with them..

Venom is a big fig because of his Ultimate version, Lizard is without a doubt a big fig, and Colossus could honestly be fine either way. It probably would be best if they just brought out the old Woody legs and gave him that football pad armor piece to bulk him up just a little, but I think a Big Fig wouldn't be too bad an idea. The X-Men should have at least one big fig member to face off against Juggernaut. I think the real reason why Colossus was a big fig in the first place was so he could pull off his special move with Wolverine.

It's pretty much inevitable. -
I think it wouldn't be too unbelievable that Lego would put Spider-Ham in a set along with Peter Parker's Spider-Man, or just simply some other villain.

I would be surprised if we don't see Coulson and Lola in a set. Not necessarily for Agents of SHIELD, but maybe something like the Nick Fury/Spider-Man/Venom set. After playing through LEGO Marvel Superheroes again and getting a good look at the Hulkbuster suit, it's beginning to look relatively similar to the concept art we saw for Avengers 2, and I'm pretty sure I saw some hinges for the head on it, too. I'm thinking that that might just be the Age of Ultron Hulkbuster we get. Mention SDCC exclusive Quicksilver in any form again I DARE YOU. Speaking of dares, did the news of Kingpin's casting in the new Daredevil series, the pretty serious rumor that a Hulk movie is in the works, the slightly less serious rumor that Jason Momoa has in fact been cast as Aquaman in Batman v Superman and Justice League, and the even less serious rumor that a Shazam movie has been confirmed with Dwayne Johnson in the role of Black Adam make it's way here yet?

I've got some new DC heroes! Sadly they have very lackluster torsos, but it's hard to find ones for these guys in my limited collection of torsos. Shining Knight, Braniac 5, Impulse (thanks korpen4444), and a New 52 Kid Flash! By the way, that Kid Flash is Bart Allen, not Wally West. The picture quality's not the best today.

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (Video Game Discussion)
Numbuh1Nerd replied to The Joker1's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
No, they were referring to the way you could play as either Classic Hawkeye or MCU Hawkeye, or green spandex Electro or Ultimate Electro. Nobody had suits like Batman's in Lego Marvel, and as such they won't be counted as seperate characters. -
I saw the ad for Web Warriors on the Marvel Facebook page but I never considered its effect on the sets! The odds of Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2099 are at a record high right now and I'm so excited!!! I just got the new Doc Ock set tonight and I've gotta say, it's really neat! It's not some lunking over the top red and blue monstrosity for sure, and the new Doc Ock fig is fantastic! I made his tentacles longer using the pieces from the Ultimate Doc's arms and I like them much better that way.

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (Video Game Discussion)
Numbuh1Nerd replied to The Joker1's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Ooo! Do you think that our Green Arrow will be his classic/JLU costume, the Arrow costume, the New 52/SDCC look, or the Pre-52 outfit? I think whatever we see in the game is what we'll get in a set (or in the case of the New 52 costume, WON'T get in a set) so I'm pretty anxious to see that one. I also wish they'd show us pictures of Aquaman and Superboy.. -
Well, the one from the Lego Marvel game looked pretty great. You can't find that hair with temples, but I'm sure the solid color would work alright, too.

Helmet-wise you're probably out of luck. I just made an Iron Lad in the Lego Marvel game with Rescue's helmet and some various Iron Man/War Machine parts. Maybe you could find a silver head and stick it in a generic (probably classic) red helmet.
