Good idea! Plus she comes in a cheaper set with some nice parts. I was thinking this hair might work for her, too. I think I'll hunt down both and see what works. Her head is going to be hard, though.

I asked him on Instagram and he told me to "Ask #lego". Of course they gave no response, but I'd say it's pretty likely. Otherwise they could've gone with the New 52 design. -

I'd say we'll get at least ONE Ant-Man set. He's a new character, a very "super" character, and an Avengers staple. Whether it's a direct movie tie-in or not, we're gonna get him somehow. -

I'd say it's a given that we'll be getting a minifig Cyborg soon with the same design as the one from the game. Has anyone else noticed that the Martian Manhunter fig from the JLU cover uses his New 52 legs but his classic torso? I know in the trailer for the game he had his classic design. I also wouldn't be surprised if we see Supergirl soon, too. Likely as a sidekick or damsel-in-distress for Superman. Supes is getting a new set anyway. -
That is a perfect Golden Age Loki! I love it! Your Batman is excellent as well! The Lone Ranger mask/blue helmet combo was genius! All it's missing is the scalloped cape. I've got a few new guys, all DC this round. Commissioner Gordon, Branden, and Arnold Flass of the GCPD Lady Blackhawk, Mr. Miracle, and Black Bat Cavalier, Riddler, and Mayfly

If we do get Ant-Man, we'll have to have a shrunken Ant-Man as well. Do you think he'll be a microfigure like the pieces from the board games or one of those trophy pieces? I think the trophy thing would work better, but I feel like Lego would be more likely to go with the micro figure for the sake of printing. -

There's important scenes, then there are toy scenes. Iron Man 3 didn't lend itself well to toys outside of the variant suits, but this is toy bait right here. -

The Beast is released! Beast Boy confirmed on the LB3 Facebook page, along with a special line of Lego DC variant covers! woo!! -
Well for Arrow, I'd start with a Lone Ranger head and a dark green hood. Maybe a LotR archer torso. The rest is trial and error. As for MM, there's a great torso from the old Atlantis sets for him, and the CMF Frankenstein's Monster head should work. The rest is pretty easy.

Oh man, if I can get another Storm fig I will be making the hell out of that Vixen! Black Canary and Zatanna are great, too, but I don't have a lot of those parts. Where's her tux from?

I'm pretty positive that won't see sets based directly on DC's shows, but I'd say Marvel's Netflix line-up of Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Jessica Jones will at least have one accumulative set. They are far more "super" than the Agents of SHIELD and will fit in the relatively "child-friendly" Marvel movie tone more than DC's Arrow, Flash, Constantine, and Gotham do. Plus Netflix is a HUGE audience, probably moreso than the likes of ABC. -

We got our extremely subtle first look at Vision with the new SDCC-exclusive Quicksilver poster. There's not much to go on, but the fact that he's way in the back in a vague silhouette may hint at how big his role in the movie is, which would mean the odds of him showing up in a set are decreased. -

It's interesting to see how capes on animals might work, though, as I've been wanting a LEGO Krypto for a long long time. Plus seeing the likes of Blue Beetle and Ms. Martian, neither of which use new pieces, seems like there might be a bit of meat to them, like maybe a physical appearance at some point relatively soon? Plus the '66 Batmobile means that we could still get a non-SDCC exclusive one at some point. -

New characters! A bonus '66 Batman Mode! Thank you IGN! Krypto, Shazam, Bat-Cow, Blue Beetle, Mxyzptlk, Arkillo, likely Ms. Martian, and one other character I didn't recognize that didn't get screen time have all been confirmed! Plus the '66 Batman Mode revealed Adam West Batman and Burt Ward Robin (not the Juniors ones either: new printings and even a new cowl mold for Batsy!) along with a new Alfred to match, plus a look at the full-size '66 Batmobile, a classic Joker cameo, and confirmation of Adam West being our Stan Lee!! So much great news! -

I wouldn't hold your breathe for New 52 Superman or Cyborg just yet. That poster they put out noticeably left Supes in his classic costume, and Cyborg was nowhere to be found despite the rest of the Justice League being there. Maybe they'll show up in an exclusive set involving Brainiac (because I can't imagine that Superman wouldn't be there to give Brainiac the smackdown), but don't get your hopes up. I'm hoping for Cheetah, Croc, and Red Robin in this wave. The first two seem more likely, despite Red Robin being the last member of the Bat Family besides Red Hood with a minifig. I'm also hoping we can get at least one new DC set without Batman being included entirely. -
This is awesome! Everything looks great, no ugly LotR power rings, the lantern's in there, lots of nice green parts (although what would GL, who can fly and breathe in space as long as his power ring is charged, need with a spaceship made from his power ring? Maybe just to smash into Sinestro's giant forehead?) and even a sensible Bat-variant! My only gripe is that Hal doesn't have any trans-green weaponry (a baseball bat would've been nice) and Sinestro didn't get anything for his pointy ears, and a mold like that would've ben pretty useful for the likes of Beast Boy, Nightcrawler, or any number of other characters, though the change budget's obviously been spent to the last drop on this one for good reason! They could've thought of something, I'm sure. It's only natural that Batman and Green Lantern would team up to fight their fear-based foes. Maybe Scarecrow could be working with Sinestro to build a device that would pump fear gas into the ozone or something?

Damnit! Not him! I should've figured (no pun intended), but I really wanted that one! Well, it certainly could've been worse..

That Joker is the only thing in that set I'm interested in. So that poster has nothing to do with future figs? Darn. Hopefully Lego will at least consider it when making new sets, because I really want Zatanna, Red Tornado, Blue Beetle, Vixen, Black Canary, Killer Frost, Gorilla Grodd, Sinestro, Black Manta, Metallo, Captain Cold and Reverse Flash. Anyone else notice how A. Flash once again has a plain red backing to his symbol, similar to his TV show appearance, and B. almost all of the new characters are based on their designs in Bruce Timm's Justice League Unlimited?

Not for long he doesn't!

Why doesn't LEGO just do what so many other companies at SDCC do and put them on sale in limited numbers online? This is certainly not as bad as the usual exclusive stuff, so long as this is ALL the exclusive stuff they're going to do. It's pretty wicked cool figure, though, and I'd still really love to get my hands on it.

I think he's referring to the claws, mostly.

They could easily just do the citizen in peril thing again. I'm hoping we see them both. They'd make nice D2C bonus figures, but I'm afraid they'd make them SDCC exclusives.

I'm hoping these guys don't think that Adam West is DC's version of Stan Lee. I'm also hoping these guys do think "Let's get this guy in a set, ASAP! And not as an SDCC exclusive, either!"

Does this trustworthy site have a name you'd like to share with us? I'm sure all the physical ones'll be there. Maybe not the likes of Arctic Suit Batman and Man of Steel Superman and the like, but I'm sure the characters themselves will be in there if for nothing else than marketing purposes.
