I don't think there'll be any other Simpsons set.

Do you put everything you build on Cuusoo?
-
Instructions are free? Yes. He bought bricks himself to create the model? Yes. So if he decides to sell the MOC, for buyer it'd technically mean that instead of buying the parts necessary for build, he just bought them all together for the price that was set by ISDAvenger. I am sorry but that is nothing wrong with that, nothing at all, because the instructions are for free. And if you are bothered with people trying to make money, then do not release anything for free. You can't be both a nice guy who gives away instructions and make accusitions when they try to sell the "model", not the instructions. This is kind of ridicilous.

Wow, there are some really great posts in this topic. I, for myself, agree with people who thinks monorail has lost its charm. We've seen TLG release things to satisfy us AFOLs but monorail requires a delicate mold and a new mold, releasing something with a possible low profit margin does not really make sense. If they would have wanted to risk some money, I think they will pick a new idea instead of an old one.

LEGO Minifigures series 12 will not be available until Oct 2014
Dharkan replied to JeagerEX's topic in Special LEGO Themes
It was "for example" , I should have written that sorry. I didn't mean to be offensive but I insist on my arguement about the simpsons. I love them, I loved the exclusive set of their house but minifig serie is a little bit overkill. -

For Lego Marvel Minifig serie I can pay 4 bucks each. For generic, no not really, they shouldn't sell non-licensed minifigs for 4 bucks. And also seriously, who cares about the simpsons minifigs. Go get action figures if you want some figures of the simpsons. Really bad move. -
Kevin, I love the fact that you didn't use tiles inside. I, for one, agree with you about playability, tiles kinda kills it and you did it perfectly. Also the building looks so complete, I mean if it wasn't so perfect it could have been an official TLG set.

Accessories? Yes. Parts? No. We (at least majority of Lego fans) always rejected using parts which has not produced by Lego. I don't think anything could or should ever change this.

Selection of bricks in Legoland, Germany
Dharkan replied to Redhead1982's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Oh yes, I saw your haul from last year in the topic, quite a selection you got and the price is good (i guess) even if it wasn't super cheap, it'd be cheap overall thanks to shipping costs. Looking at these 3 comparison, I guess plants and fence are equal to BL price-wise, and the others are cheaper than BL which is really nice. -

Yes I checked that. I was wondering if they have same kind of good selection of parts all throughout the year. I'll be there at July. -

Oh hi, I didn't like to necro topics but, I wonder if anyone has been there lately. Wanted to know about factory shop. ^^ -
It is not something harmful to you (unless you are spending excessive money on it) and it makes you happy. I don't think you need any other reasons than these.

Oh and one last question, actually last two; We buy a ticket to get inside but does the toys inside covered in that ticket or their tickets should be bought seperately? I tried to find info about it but I couldn't :( And the other question is; do you guys think whole day is enough or I can do two days?

Eurobricks Event 2013 - Information Topic
Dharkan replied to Bonaparte's topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
Oh wow, I was so thrilled seeing this topic, because I was planning to go there aswell. Unfortunately my final exams begin just at 3rd of June. :( have fun you all, hoping to join up another time. -
Oh thank you. Now that I thoroughly checked the flight prices, there's a huge difference between billund and germany too, way cheaper to go germany. Any tips about accomodation around Legoland? Is it easy to plan and does Legoland has anything like a hotel or something?

Hello everyone, I've been saving up money for a trip to a Legoland in Europe for a while now. It's been my dream since I was a kid and now I'm a young man who has his own money and so on. Yes it was a cliche start but here comes my question. ^^ I'm thinking about going either Germany or Billund, passing UK because from what I heard England is such an expensive country. Oh and I forgot to mention that I'm from Turkey. So what do you think will be the best experience for me? Billund of Germany? and also which trip will be cheaper considering accommodations? I'm not asking for prices of Lego because I believe they'll all be same. I guess that's all I want to ask, I hope there'll be people who are too kind to help me with their knowledge Kind Regards, Burak

OOC: I'll be ready tomorrow, I need to sleep early tonight. -
Oi, you forgot me. ^^

"Oh, another quest, I should sign up for that one aswell unless I get accepted for the other one." Isabella signs herself for Quest #49: The Light That Reveals Everything.
-
"You're welcome my friend. Have fun vanquishing stuff with them." Isabella giggled.
-
Hey, Cronk, it is nice to see you. Yeah, I think I'll accept your offer, they'll have more use in your hands than mine.
-
"I guess it is time for me to get back to hall and do something more fun than wondering around aimlessly." That was that Isabella been thinking for quite a bit time. She checked the questboard and decided to sign up to Quest #48: Death's Homecoming.
-
I wonder if Oky has to buy Lego anymore, he wins something from every contest.
-
"I guess I'll pass the selling option for now, Cronk. I'd like a good weapon for myself too in exchange of this." Isabella moved to the quest board and decided to sign up for another quest; Quest 46: Product Testing
-
"Hmmm.... What about trading it with that shiny weapon of yours instead of that armor? As I rogue I don't have much use of armors either." (I meant Zoot's Bane btw :D)
