  5. i may have said that ldd is now complete, but i forgot about one thing that i want to see added: the ability to place items on flat tiles, such as wheels on roadplates and now the dock pieces, as well as flat elements/tiles, but also items that cannot fit onto tiles such as suitcases, tracked items such as construction equipment, pretty much anything should be able to be placed onto flat surfaces

  8. hello fellow NE Ohio AFOL's!
  9. went to walmart this morning, searched around for possible storage options, wanted something like the akromills stiff, but didnt see them(which seemed odd to me since the area is home to akromills), i did find tackle boxes and large tubs/lids and drawers like these: http://www.brickleaks.com/uploads/FollowsClosely/Junk/P1070499.JPG (would like to work up to a similar setup) but they were out of my budget for this trip, but i did pick up a 10 gallon storage tub which fits my needs currently fits all of my 5300 parts nicely, im sure i can fit in possibly 2-3 more large technic sets before needing more room. tub was around $5 including lid.
  10. i think we are overdue for an airplane as a main model flagship model(main model as in not an alternate build in a set)
  11. i was lucky enough to have gotten 6991 for a christmas present one year. if TLG were to reintroduce monorails, they should start from scratch, and give us an option to allow us to make track from existing lego parts to build monorail track while still selling switch tracks and stuff like that
  12. looks like a camera to me, but i have seen it in LDD
  13. speaking of 8043, do i need to worry about that problem if i were to purchase it next month?
  14. i dont know, but i think i was able to reduce that by taking out a section or lift beam to shorten the height
  15. it was easier to mount since the m motors dont have the side holes
  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlSJmG9iT2k (open in youtube for higher res version http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlSJmG9iT2k

  19. GuiliuG, i like this moc, but i am having trouble thinking of a way to attach the lift beams to the platform and chassis, could you post larger sized images showing the detail in how you achieved it?
