  1. one of the possibilitys is on this Picture, but this version is not perfect for RC an other posibility is a second wormgear on the rear axle. but by reason of the driveshaft it not could be exactly the same. i prefer the second one. the first one is to inaccurate at steering maneuvers.
  2. for the unimog i must first invent a stable steering system with a high reduction between steering point and wheel. and which is not longer than the actuator part on this axle The Crane on the second Picture is a Deco 62 3S 2S (62mt, 3 telescopic sections on first boom and 2 telescopic sections on second Boom) from Effer. It is a crane for roofers which is built at my apprenticeship training position in the early 1990s. . LA or pneumatics ? sorry i dont know. Linear actuators are longer, has no power but i have 11 of these. Pneumatics have power, but i have only two of them. we will see
  3. thanks, and no, the unimog project is cancelled. after disasembling i have found on each wheel a 8 tooth gear how was nearly broken. maybe i make later a new try. and my Scania is a longtime project . the plan is a 4 Axle tractor unit with a Crane like this cute thing picture source or maybe like this
  4. a centipede and the wheels are the body of it. what does the Lego group mean with "many wheels"? Six, twelve, twentyfour, fourtyeight?
  5. holy moly, that is a really really heavy Question. i love them all. I think the best models are the 8455 Backhoe loader with the pneumatics and the 8275 Bulldozer with the first modular RC system
  6. wow, looks really like the real thing

  12. the french people are very proud on their language. they would never use english
  13. sorry, my fault the original H1 is 2197 mm wide, yours is 20studs wide. ok this is truly nearly 1:13 and fits to the rules the original rubicon is 1873 mm wide, the bodywork of your rubicon is 21 studs or 168mm wide. this is nearly 1:11 and fits not to the rules. is the rubicon an exceptional Case? sorry, thats no attack on you, iam only confused about this. can you please explain this?
  14. ok, thanks for the answer. an other question: your hmmwv are not in scale 1:13 who is needed to match the polish trucktrial rules. did you have used it just for fun on the trtr track or is this an exceptional case?
  15. on youtube you have said that the 62.4x20s tires has insufficent traction. on which ground did you have tested it? rocks, sand or on hard forest ground?
  16. The look of the hmmwv that you built is great and the function of the chassis is good too. This is the Rubicon Frontaxle, right?
  17. two XL for propulsion? is this not a little bit overkill?
