  1. 9397 is in fact big enough to make it RC, but it will be a completely overhaul to eliminate all the optical bugs. for pictures it is too early. when the bonnet is finished it will give the first pictures.
  2. yes, some parts are currently not visible. If rebrickable counts correct i have more than 40 thousand parts. currently my focus is on the 9397 rc mod
  3. not really a building process of a moc, but the base there will they been done in future. Because building on floor is history for me. workplace von efferman auf Flickr three very large tables from ikea. p.s. excuse the chaos on the floor
  4. thank you very much guys. so i can use without problems the 19 studs with.
  5. pneumatics? not in this model. i have a question to the US Guys in the Forum: Have the Conventional trucks on the road a smaller tire diameter than the logging trucks? i need this info to choose the correct vehicle width. thanks
  6. with one word: no! or iam only to dumb to coordinate gearswitch and battery box switch to get a smooth moving of the crane. i think its time for a new RC mod
  7. now i have my own and iam disappointed. there are many good parts, but too much designbugs. alone the width of the outriggers let me cry. 101_9151 von efferman auf Flickr
  8. well guys, finally i got my 9397 earlier than been thought. 101_9150 von efferman auf Flickr the crane fits, but not with the battery box. and the steering of the crane is not funny with the battery box switch and the gearswitches. But this is not a problem, the truck gives me enough reasons to rebuild it complete. want an example? 101_9151 von efferman auf Flickr
  9. the 9397 is now available at the german Lego shop at home, and ordered by me
  10. a normal knuckleboom crane could not fold into drive position with a attached grab. There is no space for it. i will look what i can do with the epsilon design
  11. something like this from epsilon for a 19 wide 9397? pneumatic or LA?
  12. my ideas are free to use for all. there are only one requirement and one appeal. request: dont sell them appeal: a hint that it was my bad idea would be nice, but its not a must have. iam glad if you are use my ideas
  13. you can use the old triangles too. by the way, your picture is not working
  14. iam not sure how it works exactly in real life, but the effect is the same
  15. oops, i have forget to make a vid give me an hour
  16. it seems that we have searched a solution for different problems. do you think the motor above the axle is the drive motor?
  17. two 5 L liftarms instead a 11L liftarm?
  18. its better to use flickr for posting in forums. more comfortable
  19. i like it, but two points are not so good the picture size is much too big and the bucket is not lego
  20. what is with this possibility ? 101_9149 von efferman auf Flickr
  21. that is a radical way to "finish" a project
  22. yes it will work in combination with the load sensed height regulation. the moving flatbed will activate a valve which is powering the airsuspension. in "ride" position it sends the air to the bottom of the cylinders. in "load"unload" position the air will send to the piston rod connections of the cylinders. because the load sensing valves havo no powering, the chassis could fall down. if the flatbed is in drive position again, the airsuspension will lift the truck to rideheight.
  23. for this i will use the airsuspension.
