Raising his voice a little, he says to Sam and Keith, "We've killed Thistlethorp already, now we'll kill you too," with a knowing glance at Berthadhiell.

Hmmmmm... you are voting for me since I am "flying under the radar," but there are others who have fewer posts than me and I'm the one who first made a case against both Richila and Captain Settle. The only time I "hopped on a bandwagon" was to ensure a lynch in the last few hours of Day One. I think you voted for me because I've called you suspicious a few times, since your posts are uniformly angry and don't add much to the discussion. You're here to break everyone else down, not to add anything worthwhile. I have to agree. I think that the Miller claim is the best thing we have going right now, since no one has counter-claimed and it's an explicitly normal role. This is the only reason I haven't voted for Stinky Dave yet, but it's a close thing.

I suppose I'll stop posting when I leave for the night - I had only been doing that because it seems like I'm off-cycle with everyone else (I am asleep when the action happens and no one else is posting for me to converse with when I'm awake). Day Two Votes: Tally:

I don't think there's any reason to read so much into the theatrical portrayals... this is Mafia, we go on what's been said by players, not by pictures posted by the host of a cosplay party where we are explicitly not the characters we're dressed up as.

I am sure it looks weird... I explained here. As I said yesterday, there is more reason to suspect Captain Settle: both of his votes were simple "get on the bandwagon" posts. There was no reasoning ("he's annoying" for Goliath, nothing at all for Lord Duvors), and no value added.

The least we can do is see who MostlyTechnic was after... Stinky Dave and Captain Settle, although I started the Captain Settle bit with my second vote. P.S. - Going to bed, I'll see ya'll tomorrow.

Matthias can't help but be intrigued by Zelphie's words, especially as she plays to his ego with 'mighty Matthias,' until she equates 'right and wrong' with 'strong and weak'. At that point, his eyes glaze over. As Fenral gets up to retire, the gnome shakes himself up and leaves for his room as well.

I am going to wait a few more hours to see if anyone else votes Captain Settle but we need a lynch so I suppose I try to decide between our two "sexy" candidates... still haven't seen much from either beyond "annoying fluff" and "actually read the rules".

After analysis through the day, here's my current thoughts. jamesn is getting a lot of flack for "being accusatory," when all he did was point out that Miller was on the list of explicitly normal roles. Lord Duvors seems to be talking a lot, but not saying much; that's a crime several people have committed. I think two more promising candidates are Pirate Dave and Captain Settle, both because they have contributed relatively little at all, but I think there is another reason to consider Captain Settle especially. Captain Settle has very few posts in this thread (5), and two of them (40%) are jumping onto a bandwagon without any explanation. He even gets called out on it here, and his response is this. I said before that I didn't have much reason to vote Goliath, he was simply being the most annoying at the time, but Lord Duvors is being more annoying now. I feel like he's kind of slowing down our investigating, so I want to lynch him. And thanks Bricklodeon for defending me. jluckhaupt, Kintobor, and Mencot also jumped from Goliath to Duvors, but they have been more active. Awake (a little earlier today, because work!) and back. I have scanned everything (6 pages!) that happened while I was asleep, but not done a lot of thorough analysis. Here's my thoughts right now. Unvote: Richila (Richila) because she replied (finally) and while I still am not sure I trust her, I don't think she's the most suspicious right how. Having thought a little more, I am suspicious of Goliath, since he tried to say Lind Whisperer said something he didn't say, but I'm inclined to believe that it was just a mistake for now. I am going to do more reading on Duvors and jamesn; seems like a lot of people are calling Duvors out for posting fluff but there were people with at least as many posts as him (XenoMono, Pyrovisionary, Lind, etc when I compiled my list ~10 hours ago) so I don't know if that's suspicious. This possibility intrigues me, but I'm not ready to vote jamesn yet. Getting ready to leave for the aforementioned work now; I should be able to post in a couple of hours when I get my lunch break.

If a mod-kill happens, I'll change my vote (obviously hahaha). I'll be inactive for the next eight or so hours but hopefully there is some discussion that will help me know who to vote for if I do end up needing to change. And sure, I'll take a cookie!
