  1. Sorry for bringing it up :-P
  2. hi Simon, Yes i have seen your stuff on brickshelf before. I thought the guy selling ariels in this photo was great http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/SimonWil...ty/p1161271.jpg
  3. Do you sell Omniswitches?
  4. Well I think you should buy the crane, but rather than make the crane, use the pieces and make some MOC cranes as these will probably be of a better scale and suit your town. This is what I did last month, but I built the real set first. Its good, just way too big!
  5. I like the 32 pounder. It is quite realistic size and design I think. The orangey head stuck in the broken cannon is just weird. Quite comical, I guess it was the orangeman who broke the cannon sticking his head in it.
  6. When they show this film http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtaQx2MMCjE I will go :-) Please take more pictures soon
  7. you'd have to be REALLY drunk to buy that X-O
  8. The easy solution is to play with your lego whilst wearing night-vision goggles.
  9. Does anyone here know of shops in Dublin that sell lego? Unfortunately shops like Arnotts and Roches appear not to sell lego anymore. I have found only two shops Symths Toys and Bambi that sell lego and their selection is pretty bad. Are there any more??? I cant believe that lego can only have 2 businesses that sell their product in a capital city of 1million+ people. 8-
  10. I just do not like them at all Grevious. I was just giving my op. I don't pretend that I like the days when most the of new posts on the Trains & Town forum are about AR stuff.
  11. If you go onto his flickr site you can see the cinema and 8-| films *wacko* being shown up close!
  12. These are great Paul. Loads of detail. The cinema is cool *y* But I don't know about the films X-D Nice detail on the traffic lights too, esp the push buttons for pedestrians! Post more soon!
  13. Thanks, yes, that's the train alright. I think I should knock down a few mocs and rebuild it :-) Although I think most the wheels are broken.. So that boy's haircut is a '60s or '70s do?
  14. Jesus Nathan :-| , I think he meant 768 weeks.
  15. These are great. I did not know there were blue rails before. These must be 1970s? I have one old train, I think from around 1980, the black steam engine with blue/yellow carraiges on grey track but I do not have the instructions and i think many bricks are broken. Im thinking of trying to remake it from the main pic, I made it many times about 15 years ago so I reckon I remember lots of the instructions off by heart. This monorail picture and the photo with what look like apartments are excellent. Plus the forest cutting scene, these are great ideas! Although blue trees is a bit weird. Maybe the forest was near Chernoybl 8-
  16. AquaRaiders are so annoying I wish they weren't in with the town stuff. But yes, thankfully they shouldn't be around for too long. However the AR posters might be :'-(
  17. I had an army of tanks, artillery and bombers but they were destroyed after the Treedon war ended *y* Do not worry, I will be making some Armored Personnel Carriers soon to help the police suppress the masses.
  18. returning to non-thinking-mode, the important thing is that the blue ones look pretty cool and the red ones look like losers
  19. Well yes, true, I haven't thought about it much but I think I have more than the close-minded "French" and "British" camps on this forum. Firstly, TLC calls these Governors and Admirals (eg G. Broadside, A. de whatever) by different names in different countries like China & Syria (for example) etc . In Syria, neither have a French nor a British name. The same goes with all lego sets. All names are regionalised not just translated, its called marketing. Secondly, in the 1700s and 1800s many armies wore blue and red coats with a waist belt and these headgear. The French and British didn't trademark these. The French and British didn't only wear these. The lego minfigure's dress is not detailed enough to match any army of the past.
  20. These are great UltraPrime, especially the mayor! he's a legend :-D
  21. :-D :-D yes, exactly, that is exactly what they'd do.
  22. Farms are outside towns ;-) Zoos are cruel!
  23. I think they're Red and White, and Blue and White uniforms. End of story.
  24. Thank you! *y* *y*
  25. Hello Does anyone know where I can find a picture online of the outline of legoman's torso (body). I have found many pictures of lego bodies but they are too big, not to scale. I am making football jerseys out of paper to cloth some dudes. Any help much appreciated *y*
