  1. Very cool. I like the spinning bike outfront. But why does the joker have a Panzerfaust? Of course, the music in your video is from Sweeney Todd.
  2. I don't think it's a problem, but it does kinda depends on the context. I am a proponent of diversity in my LEGO. The only black minifigure I have is the bespin gaurd. I in some way skin colours would have allready bee nere. Rather than be basically yellow with flesh tones for liscences. I tend to think of yellow as white. Scince fleshies (which I think most figures actually look better with), I think of them as white, brown as african, and scince Adventurers and Ninjas introduced large amounts of Asian paterns into yellow, that's asian, or Jaundince-infencted. So my awnser: 'yes', but is still put 'it depends'.
  3. I think the below hat hair peices and eye patches would be really to bulky to be feasable. Now, if LEGO wants the line to be fanciful, don't do sea monsters! DO underwater steam-punk pirates in the style of Captain Nemo and the Nautilus: ^ That is so cool "Colission speed!" "We'll have to rise and fight it on the surface!" Or better yet, get a Disney liscence to do a 20k line with the awsome Harper Goff suits and Nautilus. I swear I wouldn't care if the Nautilus is all one peice. It would just make it easier to put in a working motor+ Propellor then seal it.
  4. We don't need Hydras and other crap for pirates! Pit them against the Empire, or even better, put them up against nature! Attacking a Nautilus-like Satelitte Ship in the 20k ride at Disneyworld Captain Nemo being mauled: ^ Now, that would suck!
  5. Whichever way the wind is blowing.
  6. Actually, those Navy Ship's masts were painted to be white, so it could be possible that LEGO masts are painted. No sure how I feel about that, as most historical themes (Vikings, Castle, etc.) involves fighting monsters. I think a Hydra would be better in a Grecian historical theme, possibly with Odyesseus and his ship.
  7. Megabloks hs one, and It's not half bad. I've used it. Their oil lanterns too. To add another: An essential for soldiers and civilians alike:
  8. Not that, maybe, because then we couldn't decide for ourselves the length of ou ship. It'd need alot of balast to support the heavy upper works of any lego ship. Look at the SES. It'd never float.
  9. Cocked hat: And interchangable cockades: The tricorne we currently have is better for civilans, while a cocked hat is better for armies, as real armies used this type of hat.
  10. Actually, before you pain, I just watched the TDK trailer, and it showed the interrogation scene. The Joker appeared to have brown hair.
  11. I've heard of them, but they're more like this: http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail158.html
  12. I agree on both This isn\'t really a spoiler, scince it was shown after the episode, it is revealed that another main character is going to die at begining of the new season. Me neither. It should be up there with say, the img tags and such. I had to qoue Imperialscouts for it.
  13. Great plot twists, but it does get kind of confusing and convoluted. Not sure about the , but your was great too. , you get creative. Very resourceful.
  14. You may be able to make great pirate MOCs, but you won't be able to buy them if you make them with a good colour scheme. WHY? Look at all of Errorist's wonderful ships. You can't buy them mind you, because guess what? The bricks are only avaible in a few colours, and some of the colours avalible cannot be purchased. SO unless you make a moc with no colour scheme, you can't buy it.
  15. That looks really good! But I'd have the make-up coming off in places and showing skin, as in along the corners of his mouth and eyes, etc.
  16. They are Brick-Arms, I beleive. Very nice little comic. Will there be further installments?
  17. Anywhere and everywhere. More than once I've found them where I least expected them (like the TV cabinet.) It's crazy. My soldiers remain in fromations, as do the crew of my ships.
  18. No, the Anakin hair is best. For the trench coat, the Dumblrfore fig with Hagrid's hut a few years back had a purple one.
  19. I'd buy one if there was a general release!
  20. That looks fantastic! I love all the large doors on the firestation. Nice deviation from the standard roll up ones. How many trucks and fire-fighters do you have?
  21. I have to say I have no patience for LDD. The process is labourious and time consuming. And all I'm doing in it right now is recolouring one of Errorists marvelous figates so that it can be purchased. The peices are to limited.
  22. I have to say I like fleshies (but sperate from yellow,) and I find exo-hair is good for... oddities. As in, the regular for ravers, and the black for emos. I have to agree with the books. When I want to build something with book shelves, the book shelves have one row taking up a whole wall!
  23. I lke it, but there is the question of how that ship is going to enter the real dock with that fort hanging over ir. Maybe a retractable bridge?
