That is one majorly impressive build. I was surprised when you said there were only 2 torso pieces used- the build looks very solid and sturdy in appearance. I love the unusual shape of the body, how the head's so low and body's so wide. I really like what you've done with the head and those 'engine block' parts. The bright green translucent parts give it a nice splash of color, and it's just really nice to look at.

I'm not sure what you mean by "in-real", but the figure thus far looks very impressive. It's very well armored with those big Savage-Planet parts, and it looks very solid. I like that it's all silver(with black bones) instead of gunmetal or red, Colors which I think are used too often. I see you've used some of the Vahki hip-parts inside the torso. I find those very useful for MOC Making, and I wish they'd return to the sets IRL. That bottom image reminds me of the Rahkshi of yesteryear, what with the spikes the way they are on the back, and the head so far out like that. It's great, it really is. It's a shame you're not going to continue with it. I think with the friction joints which are now readily available for LDD (I think) that it could have become something far greater.

If I can find the 'Exo-Force' fingers to replace them, I will. Perhaps I can change the hand to red or white. I can't do much about the 'electro-blade' without recoloring the silver part.. perhaps I can try to construct a blade from my System brick collection. Hmm. EDIT: 11/14: Do you guys think I should make a combiner with Dark Matter and Red Fist, before I take the two apart for good? Let me know in the comments below!

I'd like to hunt down Bulk, Breez, and Thornraxx. Can't find any of those guys anywhere but Toys R Us. I think I'd like to get another Voltix for those lightning parts. Or Speeda- more lightning, AND gold parts. Plus, his helmet could be great for the making of a mutated Dark-Matter :D

Yeah, I agree-, that would be pretty cool. Surge has assisted in taking down the 'leader bad guy' before, why not have Breez assist this time instead of just fighting Orgum? I keep thinking about how Surge and Stringer are going to look. As I've said before, I really want some trans-yellow in there with the blue on Surge. I think the designers could get away with mixing Surge's old yellow with his newer lime parts if they did it right.. My thought would be trans lime tubes/head, and all other trans parts would be yellow. If Stringer stays with his new black and blue scheme, that'll be great. Maybe he'll get the first black torso cladding this wave, instead of it being blue like last time.. I haven't given much thought to Stormer and Nex. I imagine Nex will retain his Upgrade/Breakout color scheme, and Stormer will keep with his white, blue, and silver scheme. Blue visor, white cladding, maybe a sword again.. who knows. I wonder if they'll bring back blasters next wave. Or introduce a new kind of blaster system? That would be cool.

Heh, yeah I'd forgotten about that when typing the description. My plan was that his gun would be 'retractable', and could be hidden in his chest under that round armor. Tried actually building it to do that, but no luck. I'm glad you like it. It used to be just the white torso without the Stormer chestplate, but it looked too plain without it. I like to imagine it as a power-pack for 'Fist. My family say that the white looks wrong, and I should replace it with gunmetal. You think I should try that?

Ah well, that's why we revamp things :3 I hope Scarox's jaw actually moves. It would be a bummer if it was just molded to look like it does. Breez is slowly starting to grow on me. Perhaps it's the spear/bow thing, perhaps it's the helmet. The green trans parts should be interesting.. If the Brain Attack story continues, I hope that the titan set has more than one Brain Slug. Wouldn't that be cool? I hope someone who isn't Stormer, Furno, or Rocka get to battle the big leader baddie. It would be a nice change to see Stringer go crazy on a giant black monster titan's butt. Not like that :P

It's been more than 10 days since my last post. I've been having difficulty taking pictures of the Red Fist. I have some pics for now, they will be updated later. What HRT(Hero Recon Team) knows about Red Fist is the least of their problems. They know he is a recruiter for Dark Matter's Dark Army. They know he's also their lead engineer, in both bot and weapon building. They know that he's a dangerous fugitive, wanted for a number of crimes throughout the galaxy. But what HRT doesn't keep on public record, is that the feared Red Fist used to be one of their own. In a tech division of Hero Factory, Red Fist, then known as 'R606', used to work on designing and constructing new and experimental tools to use against villain forces. He was part of a group designing suits of armor for the Heroes to use, 'exo suits' some called them, before the reveal of the Upgrade. During that time, he thought to use a dangerous substance for an energy source for the suits. Despite the idea being shot down by Mr Makuro and the other designers, he went through with his plan. The system malfunctioned, overloaded, and exploded, taking out half the warehouse complex that the HF designers used, as well as destroying R606's left arm. Makuro exiled his designer from Hero Factory, proclaiming him to be completely out of his mind. The details get blurry here, but at some point, Dark Matter approached R606 and convinced him that the Hero Factory was jealous of his brilliance, and only exiled him because they were afraid he'd be better and more innovative than the respected Makuro had ever been. R606 vanished for a while, but came on radar not long ago, with a new body and a new outlook on life. He cast aside his former title, and took up the name dubbed on him by others, from the massive red appendage he constructed to replace his arm. He is now the Red Fist. Front: Back: Pose: He's equipped with a double-edged lightning blade, which can transform into a buzzsaw, a hidden chest-mounted plasma/meteor launcher, and his massive red fist. He also has a 'backpack' which fuels an extra supply of energy when he needs it. More on the way soon, hope you enjoy what I've shown off here :) -Cirkit

I think you've done a fairly decent job.. with the legs. I've never been a fan of the Fire-Lord legs, but they're well covered, and the Stringer 'speaker' parts are kind of nice too. I think if you were to remove the silver blades from the legs it would look even better. Stormer's alt. weapon confuses me. It is chaotic, and for some reason it makes me think of the Plasma Blaster on steriods. Maybe it could be its own MOC. Stormer's sword looks okay but I think it's just a little over-bulked for my tastes. Torso could do with a white part instead of Stringer's blue, but I like that it keeps with the color scheme. I also like that you tried to bulk it up where it was otherwise gappy. It's a good revamp, but it could do with some improvement.

That reminds me- there haven't been any Hero Cuffs released with the sets this year! Are we supposed to assume that the way the Heroes take down the Villains is through the brain-slugs? I'm glad the colors are getting.. darker.. but I think the villains should stay bright in color while the villains go dark. Just think that works best. I wonder what the purpose of Bulk's weapon is? I've been thinking more and more, perhaps it shoots lazers?

That has got to be the greatest Jukebox I have ever seen :D I really like the 'checkered' floor tiles, and those tiles on the wall. The Friend's set parts work wonderfully here. Just now noticed what I'm assuming is a coat hanger, and an award's rack. The little touches make for big smiles. I've been in a shop much like this (it was for cakes, but still) and I think you've nailed the vibe of the place. Certainly shouts 'American Diner' to me. Oh, and it does look great in your little town! I wouldn't mind living there, if I were a minifig.

Same here! I've still got to find Bulk and Breez- none of the stores near me seem to carry either of them. I don't have many of the other sets, but Bulk and Breez are high on my list. Luckily, they know better than to drive Hero-Craft when they're intoxicated

Bwahahaha! I have a new soldier for my trans-yellow army! Er, I mean, I agree, that would be nice. I meant that I'd like Nex to have 5m shells included in his build. I have yet to get any of those great orange shells, though. It'd be nice if my local Target had Bulk on the shelf, so I could get those orange shells- all they have right now are Voltix and Core Hunter. Not a bad thing, mind- never can have too many black and pearl grey parts, but that's irrelevant. Haha, that's too funny. Funny CUZ IT'S TRUE!! I agree- I'd love to see the 'Metru' blue make its return. I wonder what the villain would be like.. Maybe it too would be electric-themed villain? What do you think? I miss the old Evo.. and I want more MTIS. MOAR MTIS. The whole point of LEGO is creativity, glad that's been pointed out. Don't need an all new piece for a weapon to be awesome. I wouldn't mind seeing more MTIS used. Perhaps the ice monster would be a good place to utilize those pieces.. By the way, why does Bulk have a drill? I think the only way it'll work on the villain is if Bulk takes and hurls his drill while it's on. Unless it's a lazer-drill. Then that's cool. YES. Just yes. I wonder why I didn't think of that? Hmm. I would fully expect the ice-snow-monster to be a titan. Huge and cold and packed with white and trans blue pieces. Oh yeah... I like the idea! I think his helmet would be slightly different in variation from Bulk's, perhaps with a big brow? Hmm. I agree on the other point. I would love to see a full dark green Hero, but I'm not sure if I'd have much use for olive. Perhaps it could be used on a villain? I know the feeling, mate. I do eet all the time

Oh, how I would love to see that happen. I wonder how Stringer's going to be this time. If Surge is included with the others this time around, will Stringer revert back to orange, or keep his trans-blue goodness? I think it would be excellent if Surge somehow managed to get a trans-yellow visor(as opposed to trans-lime). What with the electricity theme and all going on for him. I haven't thought much about Evo and Nex, but I suppose their helmets will follow the style of Furno and the others. I imagine Nex will have a white torso, and maybe finally some 5M length orange cladding. Evo would stay very much the same in size and build, but with a different tool for defense. Maybe the designers might sneak some lilac in there, who knows. Stormer should be a very exciting set, what after the XL and all. Blue visor no doubt, maybe some drones if we're lucky. If the villains follow on with what we've seen this wave, then there should be a blue villain (YESS!!) for Surge, a black villain for Stringer, an orange villain for Nex(Which would be awesome because I don't think we've had an orange villain since Rotor), Yellow for Evo, and a white guy for Stormer. If Stormer's foe is an abominable snowman, the next wave should be very interesting. :D

I like the action and what appear to be enemy bot bodies, but the hole in the torso looks a little odd to me. The rip looks more fleshy than metal, but I could overlook it if the flesh is actually some kind of 'spandex'-like protective cover or something, where other armor can't fit. It's a great scene though. Do you plan on recreating other Heroes, such as Rocka, Stormer, Evo, and Breez in this style?

Flip-up visor? Count me in! I wonder if perhaps it doesn't connect in the traditional LEGO way, but maybe it 'clips' to the helmet? That would be interesting.

I would like to see the 'iron man' heads remolded first before we get any new heads. I would think that any new heads would be sleeker versions of the 'iron man' head anyway, like with the 2.0 heads, but hopefully translucent that time around. You're right about the crest- it does sort of look like smoke. It doesn't appear we can tell what color his eyes are other than by the illustration. :/ I hope all the Heroes heads aren't the same color this wave.

Neat. I like what you did with his cap. How is the Pokeball holding on there?

I don't have XT4, which is a shame- I need those long hinged leg bones he has for the Red Fist. I was actually thinking of doing something original, with the eyes included with the Arachnix drone. I haven't been having much luck with it, but it's moving slowly on. EDIT: Hey, thought I'd update on the Red Fist. I have him all together, just need to photograph him in a way that gets the white and 'gunmetal/pearl grey' elements in there, without one or the other being blocked out. It's difficult but I'm getting there. More on the way shortly.

Eugh. It's completely constructed in the box, and has no original box art. I'm not a fan. However, the solid-yellow original Hero-Core and the inclusion of purple are interesting enough..

That thing looks like an absolute beast. I love what you did with the eyes, very clever, and the teeth. You found a good and proper use for the Firelord/Drilldozer helmets, way to go! Every part of this guy is well armored, front and back, and makes use of all the good pieces. I don't think I can see anything wrong with it at all. Very well done! Certainly looks fearsome. (I wonder why it's taken me so long to comment on this... oh well)

I just saw a book cover showing off Bulk's new face, the green used makes sense now. And, I hate to admit it, but the green is starting to grow on me. How do you think you'll add Bulk's drill? As a hand-held weapon, or as an arm-attachment?

To any a fan, this would be worth a great deal. But it's worth to them and the amount they'd be willing to pay to get it into their possession are two very different things..

Epic 'poster'. Stormer's XL is one of the best of the wave, I think. :)

Bulk's 'nose' is starting to grow on me. The apple-trans-green head surprises me. I just hope the sockets have been remolded. Furno's face-mask looks a little odd.. I wonder if it 's printed on the inside of that visor, or if the visor is removable?
