    For the snow I used baking soda, but I put it in the oven before hand so it didn't clump up. I also composited a bunch of pictures together for that because it makes it easier to control the look of the snow.
  2. Noticed this thread and I can provide a tad bit of closure as I work there. We do try and rotate the builds in and out of mini-land ever few years and sand blast the old ones so they look better. The issue really comes down to money, it costs a lot of money. There is a lot of man hours in just one building and there is a lot more then that in miniland
