That sure is a nice collection of figs. Not so sure about the Scavos family and Andrew. But I like the rest a lot! Especially Edie!

Ok I've been a member of eurobricks for allmost 2 years! My anniversery is on the first of may! Whoot. But I never had a Hello my name is.... topic. So i figured what the heck! My screenname is badboytje88, but everyone may call me Bart. I'm from the Netherlands, which is noticable in my English. So sometimes I find it hard to find the right words. I'm 20 years old, hence the 88 in my name. I've collected LEGO for as long as I can remember. I had a small dark age, which lasted about 6 months, but LEGO Harry Potter pulled me back to the bricks. I've been a LEGO Harry Potter fan eversince. Other interests are LEGO castle, LEGO pirate and LEGO city, mainly because they are compatible with LEGO Harry Potter Ye old brickshelf: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery....m=badboytje1988 Flickr account: http://www.flickr.com/photos/badboytje88/ Kind regards Groetjes Bart

I need some Scala or Belville parts
badboytje88 replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
You could buy this: http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?pg=1&a...mp;searchSort=P Belville baby stuff. You get the thing you want, plus a similar one and two spones. It is quite expencive though, but it comes in higher qualities at the same shop. -
I was planning on just buying the Queen fig off of bricklink and let this set slip. But after seeing a close up of the gold knight and the new jestlers face.. It may be cheaper buying the set considering that the building is quite good too!

The unicorn was very easily made. First I brassoed the head of a white horse, so the only printing on the head would be the eye. Then I took a pointy knife, placed it on the spot where I wanted the horn to come. I spinned the tip of the knife in a circular motion, digging a hole in the plastic horse head. Cut off the horn of a playmobil unichorn, which I bought. It was in a very cheap set. I put some glue on the horn and in the hole in the horse head, let it dry for a minute, then I attached the horn to the head. It looks great! Thanks for all your comments. I know I'm an old member, but I never had one of these topics. And I really felt like I missed out on something... YG-49 I wanted to post something in the buy, sell and trade forum, so I mailed an admin. To ask him if I could be a citizen. Since I was a member vor quite some time, and behaved very good, he promoted me to a citizen. Kind regards Bart

I still can't believe you brassoed a Marion head...

Why havent they resurrected the robin hood series?
badboytje88 replied to The Chronicler's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I don't believe that they will bring back the forestman LEGO. They might bring us elves, which will look like forestmen. I don't think the current generation of kids knows who Robin Hood is. So it's unlikely that they will bring that theme back! -
I personaly don't like using big wall pieces, like the castle ones in your creation. But it turned out really nice. I love all the figs in the prison, only ones I miss is Harley, or is the girl with the glasses Harley? And clayface. The best thing of the whole MOC is the way you prestented it to us! Great creation!

Very nice idea! I thought about doing something like this, but it's really difficult!

I found these: http://www.flickr.com/photos/badboytje88/3461982057/ and these: http://www.flickr.com/photos/badboytje88/3...in/photostream/ at a yard sale

I went to a market where everyone could sell their stuff. Don't know how it is called in english. I believe it's called flee market or something like that. http://www.flickr.com/photos/badboytje88/3...in/photostream/ I bought these at a junk yard sale. The print on the blue and the yellow figs are in great condition. The print on the red and white figs aren't that bad. Bought them for €5,50 ($4,40) for the whole bunch. Planning on selling them for €10,00 ($8,00) for the whole bunch http://www.flickr.com/photos/badboytje88/3461982059/ I bought these too at a junk yard salel. Gave them some new helmets. The print on these guys is mint! Think I'll keep these guys. I paid €6,50 ($5,20) Not to bad eh?

Check out what I found on a yard sale

Well I never really liked the mono colour spacemen. I will be keeping the ones with a white torso and coloured arms, pants and helmets. Actually I'm not into LEGO space at all. Just wanted to make some profit since the figs where so cheap. -
That is one lovely creation!

There are two different hagrid bodies. The first one, used for the firs 2 or 3 movies: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=40250cx1 The one made when the figs went fleshie: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=40250cx2 The arms are different. Not just the colour but also the form. The are mda in a different cast. So I guess you can surely remove the arms, I even believe I saw a pic of someone who removed them. But I'm not sure if the hands are minifig compatible, and I don't know how much damage you cause to your hagrid fig if you try to remove the hands. Bart

Animator confirms Lego Harry Potter, Lego Indy Crystal Skull games
badboytje88 replied to liquidcross's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Oh my god! A new Harry Potter LEGO game means new Harry Potter Lego! At least I hope so! We haven't seen Harry Potter LEGO because there hasn't been a Harry Potter movie release. Sets allways came at about the same time as the movies. So I'm hopefull! Fingers crossed! -
I get this a lot with the latest scared female face. the black line in the mouth of the regular face is allmost never in the middle of the smile. Most of these heads I own only have an upper lip. The scared side of the head is just the same.the black line is positioned wronly
