can someone tell me the digital color for the light nougat used for the light flesh faces? I'm working on a decal that needs it... is this an okay place to ask this?

A new one... 

Light Aqua

Citadel Dry Paint Skink Blue

mixed with

Citadel Skull White (or any other Citadel white)

I would say 98% similarity. The Skink Blue is the "dry" kind of paint, which is itself not good for direct painting. However, as you mix in quite a lot of white, it becomes more liquid. You might consider adding some thinner, I did not do that though.
