Some other ideas:

Dyer's shop

Cooper's shop

Silver/Gold smith

Illuminator's room in the keep.

Also, seeing as how we have a royal jail and royal torture chamber in the keep, and a torture chamber on the grounds, could the Dungeon be more of a jail? You could still lock up prisoners but it could also be used for the office of the bailif or the honorable sheriff of Nottingham or something like that. I've already got a good start on a pillory but I'm not sure were it could be used, except maybe as a small moc on the castle grounds or a jail, since a dungeon gives the idea of an enclosed structure where prisoners are kept from public humiliation.

It's hard to believe that Alpha is so outnumbered in terms of entries! :oh: We'd better catch up!

Like I said on Flickr, this is another great addition to the build! :thumbup:

I love the look of the trees, and the forestmen look so jolly up in their little platforms. :tongue:

What I'm really liking about all of the modules, is that they're all so different, it's almost like a theme park of different species of creatures and humans :laugh:

Sorry I haven't been posting the last few days or keeping up with the thumbnails, but I'm working on a module and I can't wait to get finished and post it. If all goes well and I have enough pieces, you guys are in for a real treat tomorrow (and I'll catch up on the thumbnails and commenting on people's new modules) :classic:

Oho, Thrash has a surprise in store for us! :laugh:

I can't wait!

I finished the exterior for the kitchen, unfortunately I didn't have enough light grey as I feared, so I used a bit of white as well. However, I must say the white looks beautiful, kind of like marble. If we ever get the modules together, we can swap out the white if needed.

One problem I came across, I built the main kitchen on a baseplate but the hallway I built on a regular plate, so the heights are slightly different, but it's not too noticeable. Just thought I would point that out.

Hi everyone. I got my B-link order a couple days ago and have finished two more modules for the keep, 64. Knights Quarters and 65. Stairwell. Now I just need to take some pics. I'll probably get them posted later tonight or tomorrow. It actually surprised me that my big order of Lego bricks didn't last.

Wow! Everyone is really making amazing additions to the castle!!!!

Wait...what's this? It looks like Stol's stonemason and LasseD's carpenter are in a high stakes poker game with a knight...or are they? Could there be more than meets the eye here?

And where are they? That doesn't look like any place that's been posted yet! Stay tuned to find out....

I know I'm New here but I would like to offer my time to make a cooper for one of the teams but I am unsure as to where It belongs so could someone tell me whereabouts In the build It is so I can make the wall or whatever It needs at Its position.

Welcome aboard Jerry Man, I had seen you looking in on this thread quite regularly and windered if we would lure you in?

I will put you into Team Alpha, so post your creations there. I will put you down for the Cooper. Thrash and I are about to expand the layout to include all the optional modules, so just assume it is a 16 x 16 module on the outer wall and build the wall like this

Thrash, if we could discuss expanding the layout, that would be great, I'm thinking maybe an extra three modules on each side wall and three to four on the back wall. This Castle is a monster! :classic:

Certainly. Do you think that we should also expand the keep a bit, or do you think that the current size is good for that (at least until we come up with more ideas for keep modules!)?

I'll update the layout once I've done the new thumbnails for everyone, posted the pics for my newest creation, and commented on all of the great new creations that everyone else has been doing! :classic:

Yeah I have been thinking of joining for a while but I was trying to find a module I had enough pieces to make well. I've already started on my module and After finishing this one I may see If there is any others I can make.

EDIT: Can I use gold pieces for the pointy tips of the battlements because I cannot find any of my gray ones. Also I may need to use a different colour for the small bits that stick out the front because I can only find one thin one.

I'm pretty sure that's fine. I had to use a lot of white in the kitchen, because I don't have quite enough grey.

Sorry about that guys, I got rather excited seeing a dragon tavern, that's all. :blush: Yay for dragons! Now I'm going to go take a look at all the pictures in the other thread.

Dragons are so cool, no castle is complete without some sort of dragon reference somewhere. Such as a tavern, or a giant statue on the front gates. Sorry what? No don't be silly, I wouldn't do that... :devil:

Nice Thrash. Very nice. Are you sure you don't want to build the whole thing? :tongue:
