Just buy it. There are reasons why it can't be read  for free: time, work and effort put into creating that book by the author.

No.. you cannot get this book for free...

The author put a LOT of time and effort into it, and deserves to be paid

Sometimes Lego books appear in the Humble Bundle website - keep an eye out

And Isogawa (the author) has always had many sections from his original book series, as a free PDF, so it's a good start to decide if this later one is worth $19

I cant find a picture of it on the internet, but if you have the book it is in between the pages 262 and 284. It is an L-shaped mechanism that has 2 motors and is remote controlled.

Why not borrow the book from a library?
