I haven't been here for a while, but I spent many months building...

IMPERIAL STAR DESTROYER

Imperial Star Destroyer MOC by Edge_of_Bricks

Construction on this project began in 2020... but I abandoned it after a few weeks. The right parts didn't exist, I built it in LDD and ran into some difficulties myself. After more than five years, I restarted the file and reattached the first bricks in November 2025...

There's a lot to discuss, so I encourage you to watch the video. Below are the key details:

- 5910 parts
- 69.4 cm long
- It's still a playset! But UCS quality
- It has an interior and minifigures
- It's heavy, but you can lift it without a problem
- A sturdy shelf will come in handy ;)
- It can hold 10 minifigures, or more if you like
- I built it for 7 months
- The parts cost around 600 EUR, but maybe less if you order from PaB
- I use red and yellow bricks in the instructions - it's any color.
- I use stickers from the set 75394 (bricklink number 75394stk01)

My ISD has a full interior including Command Bridge:

The instructions are available! There are two ways to get one: rebrickable (link below) or directly from me (a bit cheaper).

You will find all the details and answers in the video below:

Fantastic destroyer all around!  Great presentation and photography as well.

• Impressed with the thought behind the design - from the fold back panels to the hidden carry handle.  Very clever.
• Your persistence paid off with the main drive engine design.  Great detail surrounding the drive engines as well.  The disc shooter bricks work really well for detail, too.
• The stand design is pefect - simple and functional.

All this with a full interior.  What's not to like??!  As you mentioned, this is a perfect option when display space is limited.  Nicely done, thanks for posting this!
