Cheers SP @JesseNighthollow shovel part yes it was unavailable in the software at the time so I made one and it will be redesigned with updates Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted January 15 Posted January 15 I would love to see a remake of set 894, which is one of my favorites. Are you planning to make it? Quote
Daiman Posted January 16 Author Posted January 16 @LEGO Train 12 Volts Funny you should bring that up it's literally next on my list. Quote
GeoBrick Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Its nice and roomy inside the control compartment. One could 'hide' a minifig in it if necessary. An idea for a fun extra might be a cup clip/holder inside it. With that the gray coffee 'thermos' attached to the vehicle front makes more sense. 😉 That's a huge comm. dish on the attached buggy. Sure must be enough to punch signals through whatever jamming or interference Blacktron might do. Quote
Daiman Posted January 19 Author Posted January 19 @GeoBrickhahahah I learned my lesson adding 'fun extras' with that earlier model, that large dish is for netflix really but dont tell the purists... Quote

Daiman Posted January 19 Author Posted January 19 @LEGO Train 12 VoltsI thought it was white after I posted the shovel bug, dang! All parts avalable in real bricks. I'm waiting for rebrickable to approve the build and they are backed up. Quote

Daiman Posted January 19 Author Posted January 19 @JesseNightyes parts in that colour are very thin on the ground to depict a shovel, there may be some windscreen parts that would do but I went with this. Quote
JesseNight Posted Tuesday at 09:25 PM Posted Tuesday at 09:25 PM @Daiman That's been done before, the Space Dozer (6847) that I posted on page 1 used the typical early 80s space canopy in gray. When it works, it works. Quote

I especially love the 2001 Monolith (is it full of stars?), the guy painting himself yellow, and the space fish flying about in the way, way back! It's full of Great MOCs too, but those funny things are the icing on the cake @Daiman! Edited Wednesday at 10:40 PM by Murdoch17 Quote
Daiman Posted Thursday at 12:45 AM Author Posted Thursday at 12:45 AM @Murdoch17haha thanks for noticing, unfortunately not the hi res version to make it easier, then theres the guy whos radio control ship is setting of the rocket booster while someone works on it, the semi nekkid spacer chacing after a caught clothsline, sandcastle builder, dude ready to play twister. The basic underlying story are the green native undrground lifeforms who will eat anything and hence used to solve the lunar waste issue, the only thing that hurts them is the crimson sonic blasters seen at the depot and held by some of the workers. to shut them down if they get too fiesty. they are dotted around the space base with potential to cause trouble.
