Auroralampinen Posted May 1 Posted May 1 I wonder what ccolor is this. Is this space orange or red Quote
Stereo Posted May 1 Posted May 1 I wonder if the front suspension uses those new towball parts from the F1 cars. Seems pretty narrow for independent (17 overall, 11 between the tires probably) cause that'd only have room for 4 long control arms. Quote

Bartybum Posted May 1 Posted May 1 From those pics am I seeing correctly that there's double wishbone suspension in the front, and a live or pendular axle at the rear with yellow shocks? Quote

Jundis Posted May 1 Posted May 1 This really is a beauty and for me right now the king of the small cars. Straight fenders and smaller black mudguards are also great addition. Only thing missing is the 4WD, but in this scale, nearly impossible without new wheel hub components or less sturdy design. Quote
Auroralampinen Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Well, now offical lego page is up:). https://www.lego.com/fi-fi/product/ford-bronco-suv-42213 https://www.lego.com/en-gb/product/ford-bronco-suv-42213 Sorry, here is english version of the page:). Weirdly finnish page has more pictures. Quote

R0Sch Posted May 1 Posted May 1 (edited) @Ngoc Nguyen If it helps, I could send you a mockup of a downscaled 2491 tire to 55.9x22. It's pretty easy to do in part designer yourself by changing the size to 7x2.75x7 studs. Edited May 1 by R0Sch Quote

StudWorks Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Am I the only one who finds this set ugly and looking nothing like the real Bronco? Should have been orange too, red just isn't working for me. Quote

The front independent suspension is made up of 4x 5977, which appeared first in the F1 sets, so I still consider them pretty rare. All in all a pretty nice parts pack, especially for the already discounted price some dealers offer. Quote

It is 6L and separated on 3L so can't be 2477 3x5 alternative and unless TLG made 1x3 alternative, it become 2393. Hum. Maybe you are right. Need to wait until set come out. I count only parts that have not been out for over a year are count as rare parts. Therefore, this part is not included because it appeared this year. Edited May 1 by msk6003 Quote
Thirdwigg Posted May 1 Posted May 1 I'm intrigued by this set. I'm getting a little tired of all the cars, but I like the tires, the mudguards, the engine, and the suspension. The boxy body works a little more cohesively than some of the swoopy sports cars too. Quote
2GodBDGlory Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Not bad! I think those flat-sided wheel covers will come in handy quite a bit, and the fender flares are nice too. More realistic tires are always good too! Quote
