This has been resolved. Now those who really want Jurassic sets, gets them. Hardcore fans. I'm Transformers fan. So Jurassic I only go to movies. Even I have some of the previous sets.

I think the only thing you’ve managed to show through this whole ordeal is how low your IQ is

Do you guys think we could get just one standalone set for Jurassic Park Survival? Just Maya Joshi with whatever they want really lol?

No.

LEGO barely ever makes sets for video games, yet alone ones that are parts of their existing themes.

You know, when it comes to turtle (now known as imposter) it's usually best not to engage him when he's producing his nonsense, ragebait takes.

Forgot about that rule before, but we can frankly move on to discuss... well, anything else.

Is this really the theory we're running with?

I kinda want a new mold on the atrociraptor body like the Lego JW game.

Since Atricratpor mold is introduced in 2022, it’s too soon to make a new mold or get a current mold destoryed. Sure, Dilophosaurus got its mold updated.

And I wish they make new mold for Therizinosaurus’ legs just becase  it doenst have sickle toes in reality.

Also make the Theri a little bit more rotund since the Indoraptor body is a bit too skinny

Lego have started shipping out rebirth sets to LAN members so hopefully we see some reviews soon.

I will be very interested to take a look at close-up images of dinosaurs and others!

Now I have to say that the Mosa is actually better brick built then if it were moulded. As the way you can move it thanks to all the ball joints looks very natural and satisfying. A moulded one would've most likely looked much better, but the poseability is amazing here, and also it still does look good for what it is. This might have actually sold me on this set, especially as I was already a bit interested in it.

There aren't really any other interesting new details from the reviews that weren't show by the images, except for most of the builds looking better in person, but that's what usually happens with new sets.

Other interesting detail for me is the dinos coming in plastic bags insted of paper like they did since 2023, that's especially weird with all the other bags being paper. It isn't really a problem, but it's just very weird to me.

It makes me wonder - i wonder if molded dinosuars would “evolve” into molded dingos with postage arms and legs? Like Reece pins with ball joints and bending joints?

Sounds pretty solid, the new raptor could have been a candidate for that

Why would dinosaurs transform into Australian mammals? :snicker: Sorry, couldn‘t resist, that misspelling / autocorrect was too funny to ignore

To answer your question, I doubt it. So far, most moulded animals either have no articulation or pin or clip connections. Ball joints are colour-locked, which would require additional new pieces to connect the limbs to, or they‘d somehow have to be dual-moulded :shrug_oh_well:

OOPS! That was actually funny!

That’s fair. We knew that dinosaurs in early 2000s were nearly impossible other than head, tail and arm pieces. Now new molds were introduced in early 2010s - they had “evolved” into dinosaurs with movable head, jaw, arm,  leg, wing, and tail pieces, even tho there is a limitation in movement. It makes me wonder if we would see another “evolution”  in dinosaur molds in future. Ball joints would be very nice for them, allowing them to move little more freely.. as you know, I’m not a hue fan of buildables, I would like them to keep molded dinosaurs but I do agree with you on colors! Dual-molded ball joints would be cool

I legit love it when @Lion King’s software gives us autocorrect howlers.

I often look at the existing core dinos - T rex, raptor, and triceratops and think just how well designed they were. That they have survived to be still being used so many years and iterations later, and the poseability of the T rex & raptor in particular are pretty awesome. Lest we forget, they were first used in an in-house theme and then transferred seamlessly into Jurassic Park/ World standards.
