I think the purpose of the ancillary suits was more to do with Batman being prepared for any eventuality....

To me this was an intricately worked out meta joke about Batman's prep time.

Well, yes, but Batman does have multiple suits in case of various emergencies (including the absolute sunbeam of a costume he used to troll Lantern).

It's just a lazy figure either way. And even if it is meant to be an Easter Batman, why not release other holiday themed suits? Santabat, St Batrick, Hallobat, etc.? Especially since you could tie it to Calendar Man.

Cyborg superman is a phenomenal design. Shame we never got a minifigure.

I'm sure we'll get one someday. This theme can't stay dead forever.

I‘m wondering how many versions of Batsy can theoretically be built with one copy of the 8-in-1 Brickheadz set, ignoring the grey SNOT bricks, the parts used for the base, and the 2x2 brain brick

It just seems wasteful to buy 8 sets, given the large number of extra parts. Since the colour scheme is pretty different for some of the versions, I suppose it‘d be possible to build all 8 with only 4-5 copies of the set plus some additional parts :shrug_oh_well:

Funnily enough I made a tier list before this blew up and I put Easter bunny Batman in the top tier. He amuses me.

I have the tier list ready now but it'll be easier to insert into my post on pc so I'll do that later.

Now I want a Saint Batrick and Santa Bat.

Isn’t Hallobat just the normal Batman suit though? Since he’s already dressed as a creature of the night.

Both existed in the TLBM universe, they just didn't get physical figs.

No, I agree it's very bad hahahah
I shouldve put every single minifig in F and that one on S tho, wouldve been funny.

I think its the lack of gloves and belt. I understand what its trying to do, but looks a bit too strange to me

I hope the new rubber/plastic cape did not stop us from getting another figure

I'm not really excited for anymore batmobiles, much rather get comic based cmf series 2. And it seems as for dc sets, lego is targeting dc fans that are older kids and adults- so a comic cmf would have appeal.

The only accurate bat vehicle sets I'd buy for sure would be:

1. New batman adventures with batgirl figure (really any set with new adventures batgirl)

2. Batpod/the bat tdk trilogy with ledger joker (doesn't need arm printing, pls don't defend lego keeping this guy ucs exclusive)

3. 2022 batmobile but it doesn't look like an oversized playset

Depends, the Tardis in that one lifestyle image did seem pretty damming but IDK how likely such a big branding deal would be done when despite all the talk about this being a big new beginning for the show there's no big increase in merchandising form Chibnall's era (We don't even know if the 3 Character options figures will come out, there was a rumour the Ruby one was Shelved a while back I remember) and despite the disney deal I've not really seen any big upswing in international relevancy like there was Smith. I admit though that last bit is anecdotal. I feel a CMF wouldn't happen now, maybe in time once the show gets more momentum but I feel a more likely option would be a mid range icons set of the Tardis like the ideas one or, more realistically a large build of it akin to the Telephone booth they do with at most two figures. Which is a shame, obviously a CMF gives more opportunity for more characters, especially as I imagine one would be like TLBM CMFs where 4 or 5 of them would be different Doctors as there a few humanoid characters who actually hold broad enough international appeal for LEGO to put in a CMF.  If you could choose one character to put in a CMF who'd you choose?l

Come to think of it a big brick build Dalek could be an icons set in the relatively near future.

That's an interesting question, also very difficult for me. I think I'll say some kind of alien like a Raxacoricofallapatorian or Zygon, though actually my number one pick would be a timelord of the Prydonian chapter with all the regalia and the collar and everything.

Since this a DC thread I'll repeat this question but with a DC Context: If you could choose one character to put in a DC Comics CMF who'd you choose?

Tony Soprano because I think it would be funny

Kyle Rayner (White Lantern)

I would happily settle for his normal GL variant though. (His OG suit would probably need special 360 torso printing for his white side)
Rebirth Donna Troy and Wally West coming in second place.

If I'm being honest I'd choose a Polka dot man variant because he's unironically my favourite DC character but we have a perfect figure of him so that's a boring answer. So if I'll just go with Goody Rickles

I personally would've bought ANY AFFORDABLE set with these two characters. They are a must for me. Though I managed to create a decent custom TNBA Batgirl minifigure with stickers and paint, I'd prefer an official take (especially if it's better than mine).

I just hope that a potential Ledger minifigure, included in some affordable set, won't suffer the same horrific changes as Nicholson from ucs 1989 Batwing...

@Mandalorianknight Curious as to why you dislike the Beware The Batman suit? It's always been one of my favorites.

And Tiger Suit Batman would make for a great 66 Catwoman Goon.

But finally, a list we can talk about!

The grey hands and the weird belt that looks so rubbery to me. I don't like it, I don't think it particularly looks like the BTB suit either (though I also don't like that)

He would, but that doesn't make him a good batman figure in my eyes.

Yeah sorry man there are better ones, I don't think it's particularly well-done. There are funnier ones.

It would help to see topics better. (you probably need a web developer in your team)

https://icons8.com/icons/set/batman

Eurobricks isn't a huge team, and it's free to use so they don't rake in a ton of cash- to my knowledge the mods do this for free. I don't know that they'd want to hire a web developer out of their own pockets for something as small as throwing in some emojis.

Putting the tactical suit in F tier is a war crime, by the way. (Though I like that the two '66 suits are S and F tier. The duality of Man)

Spider-Man or Dogwelder.

Realistically, a new red hood or a question. Though I unironically would love a Man figure using the captain marvel helmet mold. I think it'd be a fun little joke figure,

Kudos for the deep cut aside, I write the character off because he's probably the weakest link in Jack Kirby's chain and for the weird direction they went with for a character revamp. My personal choice would be Eclipso with Despero in a close second.

Wally mama-flippin West, baby. Preferably his Kid Flash or original Rebirth costume.

Respectable, I find the lack of defined gloves unique (the Beware The Batman suit also lacks the definition between glove and sleeve and has no underwear either)

I also used to hate the grey hands when I was younger, but it's grown on me over time.

Next you’re going to tell me that Zack Snyder is going to make a Snyder Cut of a movie that was already completely made by him with his vision. *cough, Rebel Moon, cough*

It's even funnier that for some reason he decided to give new titles to both of those movies.

I have no idea what's going through his head.
