I saw a 2x5 big panel extender in dark azure in the middle of the nose. And on the side skirt I think there are stickers for the inside of a curved panel for the first time.

Simple 2L beams I think

Regardless of whether it's a 2L beam or not, it's a new part nonetheless. If it's a 1x2 panel extender liftarm, it's a new part. If it's a simple 1x2 liftarm, either the one in dark azure or in yellow must have an axle hole. Because the pin hole-axle hole 2L liftarm hasn't been released in either blue, dark azure, or yellow, it's still a new part.

i personally think the parts at he back the smallest one is new cause if you try to put toghether 60483 1l beam with 11947 panel, i dont have 71682 Technic Panel Fairing, they not making smooth transition as on picture...

So what are we seeing on the rear spoiler? Panel extenders like 85x85p.jpg?1626703410.0959468 but only 1M wide?

My guess is that the spoiler is made up of three of those panel extenders, and the middle one has yellow stripes by means of a sticker.

No, because you should see an axle hole in the middle.

Now that we can see the small flipping function image better, I guess there is a pop-up mechanism for the cabins or the sprockets shift up or down depending on the side it drives. That orange cabin sticks out too much otherwise.
And I think the yellow is the new neon yellow color used in 2022 City sets.

Is it just the car body sliding up and down? With the hidden car body dragging on the floor?

At least, the side shown at the main image as the "upper" has a small rubber-tired wheel at the highest peak, so even having a "dragging" feature, it should be more "rolling". Well, I really hope...

On that new picture, the lines on the spoiler look more like a new panel than a 1x2 liftarm.

Yes it looks like this. If so, now we should have the 1 stud extenders for all the curved panels

...Dark Azure...

Don’t know about that, it looks more like standard blue to me. Look at the pins. They look exactly the same color as the liftarms.

Maybe the spoiler is just 2L beams. With pin holes and a friction axle pin you could slightly tilt the three parts to appear in line with the panels.

Now that I check again, I think you are correct. I prefer Blue over Dark Azure anyway, so I'm glad!

Personally I'm quite fond of the idea of Technic featuring a few more creative types of vehicle toys like this rather than just realistic ones. An RC vehicle like this in particular is something that couldn't really be pulled off in any other theme. Could be cool to get something like a monowheel in the future—the sort of thing that's impractical for real-world vehicles but could make a very fun toy.

Nice to see those standard blue parts! It's a very pleasant color, and I hope they'll put it in a 1:8 supercar someday (probably not for a bit, though, because of the similar Bugatti).

Agreed, and agreed!

Something interesting I just spotted about this: the frontmost and rearmost sprocket are different, and it appears to be the same sprocket on the rear on both sides. To keep it controllable, this would mean they have to invert the controls when it flips upside down.

Though on second thought they may just be using the gravity sensor on the hub to do that in software, rather than having any kind of interesting mechanism.

Lookingat the video from RacingBrick, I am certain the pieces on the spoiler are new extension liftarms, since their curvature matches the panels too good for a 1L beam. They were the last extension piece missing in the panel setup after all.
