I agree with this. A single CMF or some Easter Egg references doesn't count as a revival of an old theme or faction. You need minifigures in the context of a playset that could pass as a modernized version of an old set, or something very similar.

That's a good point. Although I was counting on at least a small-ish set, even a GWP to really round up a theme.

Still anxiously waiting to complete the bright light blue classic spaceman as well as the bright light green. Really wonder where the parts will show up or if at all.

At this point we can be confident they will, just hope it's in a set that'll go on PAB and not a scalped CMF or BAM or something

Not a space set but the just revealed Harbor Freight Train in the City theme introduces the 1x6x5 corrugated panel in both white and light bley, which I figured might be of interest to spacers. Could be a nice option for hangar doors or the like.

There's also a new set of 2x2 boulder pieces (top and bottom) in City and Friends that could be a fun option for smaller meteorites. It comes in dark tan and trans orange in City, and opalescent trans purple in Friends (a great match for the opalescent trans purple crystals from the recent City space subtheme).
