PF L Motor on LDD?

Hello,

Silly question, perhaps.

I can't find the PF L Motor on LDD. The M and XL Motors are there together with one or two others, but no L Motor. What have I missed?

The L-motor does not exist in LDD or the servo motor

Thanks for the reply. I thought it was the case but I wondered if it was hiding on some other menu I'd not discovered yet. Is there somewhere to report and request missing parts be added?

Alternatively, does anyone have a brick-built dummy motor to use in LDD that they would be prepared to share?

Try listing all the sets that use this Motor and look for them inside the LDD Official Sets topic, maybe you can find some brick build solution there.

Forgive me. This is not a personal attack, but...

I'm not unpicking a 4x4 Rock Crawler (for example) in an attempt to find an LDD template for the L Motor when I have no idea where in the model I'm meant to be looking for it, what it looks like and which of the almost 1300 parts have been used to create it. Isn't life already adequately short...?

Wouldn't it be simpler to have a thread where people can share templates for components not currently supported in LDD? It wouldn't need to be a long thread and would be a lot easier and friendlier to use.

I did this operation many times, it is not difficult nor too long. Are you sure you have understood what I suggested to do?

Unfortunately it is not much used and it is not adequately indexed, so find a part there is not so trivial (luckily it is not too long).
