Ma.K SAFS Wolverine Diorama

Well I decided to join Ma.Ktoberfest 2014, and what fun! I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute I spent building this model. Thanks for the great theme guys. :)

The little mech itself was a blast to build, that is what started this vignette off. :)

If you are going to BrickWorld 2015, you might see this little vignette there! Here's hoping that i can keep it together until then :)

The Raccoon and Raptor Diorama

and:

This is beautiful. Really great work on both the ruined house and the robot. Have you applied some kind of lighting effect to the photo of the robot?

One thing though - I do wonder whether the sci-fi forum might be a better place to pist this?

What a cute robot  Nice work with the ruined house too, love the the roof tile technique.

Thanks Zblj! :) Glad you like it.

Thank you Srbandrews. :) Hmm, I dunno, I went back and forth between this one and the Sci-fi forum. Sci-fi because it is technically sci-fi, but it is also Historic because they are supposed to be World War mechs. So I don't know which one it should belong in, I put it in this one because to me it seemed more historic than Sci-fi. If admins feel like it should be in the Sci-fi forum, and they move it, then I guess it is Sci-fi. :)

I can see your reasoning. I based my suggestion on the fact the Sci-Fi forum is described as 'From Jules Verne to...' which to my mind suggests that it encompasses historical Sci-Fi.

True, but it is to late to change. If the admins change it to the Sci-Fi Forum, then it is Sci-Fi, if they don't then I guess it works here.

That's beautiful work, but all of the Machine Krieger stuff I've seen has been in the Sci-Fi forum.

Thank you! Hmm, yes, I see that. I will talk to the admins and see if it can be changed to the Sci-Fi forum. :)

I've seen it on TBB and the feeling was: wow!!! So small and so beautiful.

The only thing that I dislike a little is the photo treatment, seems a bit exaggerated on contrast. But maybe that was the goal, since it's a kind of Si-fi MOC..

Awesome Mathew, love it!

Thanks caesuric! :) Glad you like it. :) Yes, that was the goal, to make it more contrasting, and make things pop. It also makes the suit look metallic. :)
