Overall shot :classic: The ground will not stay black however. I plan to smooth it off with some light or dark grey tiles

not too sure what this room will be yet, i might just finish it with a TV on the large empty wall between the windows

I like this, looking forward to seeing it complete!

Maybe the room you've already got built, could it be a sort of rec room? It's got a couple good windows, maybe put a ping-pong table or a retro arcade machine in? Vending machine, too.

It looks great so far. I love that room already, so the rest seems promising :classic:

This looks very promising, but the colors don't seem very PMy, I suggest adding more orange/lime green. Otherwise, good job, I love the windows!

I agree with Glacarcheo, the color scheme seems a bit off but you could easily build it up with the standard PM colors. Seems to be a good size too...any reason for the hole in the middle?

The groundwork you've laid lends itself to tons of possibilities - looking forward to seeing more! I never liked the LEGO version of the HQ at all, so I'm glad to see MOCs springing up. My one suggestion is with the castle wall pieces you used - the arched, open windows seem a little out of place for the theme. Power miners seem to use a lot of smoke-transparent glass for windows, much like what you have for the curved walls (which look great). I'll be watching the progress on this!

Very cool so far. I can't wait to see where the rest of this goes.

I just noticed the small orange slopes in the room :oh: but I think you need more green and orange also.

Are you still working on this? Would be nice to see an update. :classic:

Anyway, I had an idea. Maybe you should integrate some things that go along with the new lava theme. For example a large water tank where they keep the water for the water guns. :sweet: Or a room where they keep their heat-proof armor etc.

Also, I agree with doctordark: The whole thing needs more green and orange/blue to better fit into the color scheme of the theme.

Well construction has came to a hault, ive had school work pile up and a few more design ideas. I will be making a big brickling order soon of lime green and trans black windows to get a better Power miner feel. I will also try to incorperate the new lava miner theam into it as well with a large water tank. But as for now it has returned to the brainstorming phase.
