  1. My latest modular is a music store from a city in the American midwest. (Sorry for the poor photos - I took them with my cell phone. My camera battery is dead.) At four stories this is the tallest moc I've done to date. The first floor is an instrumental music shop. Here it is next to Palace Cinema. The alley looks better when it's next to another building: Thanks for looking! More photos (including better images of the fire escape and cornice) can be seen on flickr.
  2. My entry for Category C of Challenge II. As soon as I saw the back alleyways category for this challenge, I knew what I wanted to build. However, actually making it proved to be quite a challenge. I’m fairly happy with the overall result though. You can expect to see a build log on it in the coming weeks, where I’ll go into more detail on various aspects of the build. After the civil war, the back alleyways of Kaliphlin have fallen into a state of disrepair, and can be a dangerous place to lurk. These circumstances have also made it a place where under the table business transactions take place. Are these two figure shrouded in black cloaks just exchanging money for goods, or is something more sinister at stake? More pictures on Brickbuilt. Thanks for looking, C&C welcome
  3. Petraean Alley Some say black oil is the most precious resource in Kaliphlin, but if you look at where people live, you’ll see it is water. Tall buildings line the the narrow streets and alleyways of Petraea. Crowded cities arise around the scarce sources of water in this desert land.
  4. Hello fellow EB members. My latest MOC is called Atom Bowl. It's inspired by mid century architecture. I had intended to make it full on Googie but couldn't quite replicate some of the wild shapes prevelant in that style such as boomerangs. I spent most of the my time working on with the 'ball return' and diamond pattern. Couple of pictures; They are also found as usual on my flickr page: here All the best for 2024! Andrew
