The Terminus-class Destroyer was a medium frigate used by the Galactic Empire during the Great War. It was used to support Harrower-class Dreadnoughts in large engagements or operate as a ship of the line in smaller skirmishes. The main bridge and shield generators. The engines as well as a pretty space background (yes, the starboard turbolasers are floating ) Unlike many other imperial ships of its time, the Terminus was designed mainly with speed in mind for flanking maneuvers, however it is still much better armed than any comparable republic ship (remind me again how on earth the empire lost?) The front mounted turbolasers (I call 'em muzzle-mounted whiskers ) A better shot of the wing-mounted turbolasers. The secondary bridge. Woosh! That's it! This is probably one of my favorite MOC's ever .

Here's my invasion fleet! Other than the star destroyer, all of these ships are MOCs. The ISD itself has some mods; the extra turbolasers towards the front, the proton beam weapon in the middle (the orange dot) and the bridge was changed from ISD II style to the venerable ISD I, aka Imperator. A close-up on one of the acclamtors. I like how it turned out overall; it may not be extremely accurate, but it's my first attempt at the ship. The Acclamator's engines. Again, not extremely accurate (they're supposed to be lower.) One of my personal favorites, an Immobilizer 418. If you can't tell, I just prettied up an old Midi-scale star destroyer Just a little picket ship I threw together. That's it. Look out rebels!

[soNE Freebuild] "Transmissions" Please comment, tell me what you think, it helps me to better perform next time. This is my second Episode. INTRODUCTION: After a few days of being on the Star Destroyer "Tyrant", there was little talk of the mission. B-Squad spread throughout the cruiser, and started to explore the ship and get some rest. Here they wait for news of their important mission. But will that mission get delayed? Star Destroyer "Tyrant", Brick System, 2 ABY. SONEe2s5 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr SONEe2s6 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: Please monitor the controls and transmissions. It is important you catch any incoming Imperial hologram transmissions. If one comes in, contact me or a nearby officer, and we will handle it. Do that and you should be fine. My officers and I will be back shortly after the meeting. I thank you for your help. James: Always happy to help, I guess. Captain Vars: Excellent! I'm getting to like you already. Well, I guess we should be on our way then. Best of luck, Corporal! SONEe2s7 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr SONEe2s8 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr James: Huh... *NOTE* This is my first Eurobricks New Topic! Please, PLEASE make it clear to me if I did anything wrong, or you have any concerns, picture shots, building, characters, etc. Comments are really appreciated, they help me to better perform next time. Here we go! INTRODUCTION: Imperial Star Destroyer "Tyrant", Brick System, 2 ABY. SONEe1s1 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Imperial Crewman: Sir, the stormtrooper squad has arrived. Hanger Bay 3. SONEe1s2 by BrickJamesWells, on FlickrCaptain Vars: Excellent, I will go to greet them. Lieutenant, you have the bridge. -Down in Hanger 3- SONEe1s3 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr------------------------------------------------------- Stormtrooper "B-Squad" has arrived on the Star Destroyer. They have been called by Captain Vars to get briefed and prepared for the mission. The B-Squad is compromised of it's 4 main members, Sergeant Trans, their leader, Darek Stens, a highly skilled, bragging, mean member of the team, Dan Jars, a skilled Stormtrooper, friend of our main character. And, last off, James, the newest member of B-Squad, Stormtrooper Corporal. Struggling to fit in, but still skilled. ------------------------------------------------------- Sergeant Trans: Men, prepare to be greeted by Captain Vars. I want you all to be on your best behaviour in front of him. B-Squad: Yes, Sir! SONEe1s4 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: Hello B-Squad. D-Squad Members: Hello, Sir! SONEe1s5 by BrickJamesWells, on FlickrCaptain Vars: It's very good to have you on the ship. You will leave for your mission in a few days, so we must do a final briefing now. Follow me. SONEe1s6 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Sergeant Trans: Let's move it, troops! -B-Squad proceeds with the Captain- SONEe1s7 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Dan Jars: James, come on, you alive? We have a briefing to get to, keep with the group! James: Oh, yes, right. Sorry, I was thinking. Dans Jars: If you think too long in the Empire, you have big chances of getting killed. C'mon, newby! SONEe1s8 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: Ah, here we are. SONEe1s9 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: B-Squad, please proceed into the communications and briefing room. SONEe1s10 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr James: We've been briefed on this plan for weeks, is this necessary? Captain Vars: It very well is, if you fail to plan, then you plan to fail. SONEe1s11 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: Now, listen up closely. I will review one last time. There is a secret rebel station here. Your shuttle will take you just off of scanner range, and you will move in, secure the station, and reclaim the all important Imperial Codes at all costs. SONEe1s12 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: You have been entrusted with a very tough mission, yes, but I do believe B-Squad can prevail. Don't let me down. SONEe1s13 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: I think we have almost everything set, but don't forget your training, and retrieve those Imperial Cod- -Door Opens- SONEe1s14 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Imperial Officer: Sorry to interrupt, Captain, but there is an urgent transmission for you from Admiral Brickton, you are required on the bridge immediately. Captain Vars: Alright, thank you, Lieutenant. I will be up momentarily. SONEe1s15 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: Alright men, I will check back on you later. Get some rest for now, it's been a long day. SONEe1s16 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Sergeant Trans: I'll be off. Remember the plan, and we'll get back together later. For now, I think you boys deserve a rest. Maybe even explore the ship? We'll be on it for a while before and after the mission. If we survive, of course. I know we can do it, though. See you boys later. James: Bye, sir! Sergeant Trans: Goodbye. -Moments later- SONEe1s17 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Darek Stens: Watch it, newby! Heh, I bet you won't even survive the first few seconds of battle. See you later, young one. James: Hey! Don't push me! Darek Stens: You make me laugh, newby. I could do this all day, but I'll be off. Hmf. SONEe1s18 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Dan Jars: Don't worry about Darek, he just thinks he's the best. But, he's really not. He's just the type that picks on newbies like you. However, you're actually quite skilled. I know you'll be a useful member of the team, no matter how new. I know I can trust you in battle. James: Thanks, Dan. Well, I guess I'll be off. I got to start thinking about the mission, and training. I'll see you later. Bye. Dans Jars: Bye, James. [soNE Freebuild] "The Meeting" Please comment, tell me what you think, it helps me to better perform next time. This is my third Episode. INTRODUCTION: James quickly rushes to Captain Vars to tell him of the Imperial Transmission he received from an Imperial base on Coreillia in need of help. Star Destroyer "Tyrant", Brick System, 2 ABY. SONEe3s1 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr SONEe3s2 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr James: Sergeant! Sergeant!!! SONEe3s3 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Sergeant Trans: What? What is it? SONEe3s4 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr James: I just received an Imperial Transmission from Coreillia, an Imperial base is being overrun, where is Captain Vars!?! Sergeant Trans: Calm down, James. Captain Vars is at an Imperial Meeting. James: I know he's at a meeting, but where!?! Sergeant Trans: The Imperial space base near by. We can try to contact the station, but he should be back soon. James: We need to help the Imperial forces on Coreillia! Sergeant Trans: Coreillia is quite far from here, James. I'm not sure if we can help, and it might be too late already. SONEe3s6 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr James: I have to go try to contact the station! Sergeant Trans: Wait up! I'm coming with you, but we may not be able to reach the station. Captain Vars will be back soon, perhaps you should just wait. James: We have no time! Come on! Imperial Space Base 274, Brick System. SONEe3s7 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Admiral Brickton: Hello Captain Vars. I see it you and your officers are enjoying the meeting. Captain Vars: Yes, Admiral. Admiral Brickton: However, there is a reason I have called you away from the meeting temporarily. You see, the Imperial Security Bureau and I have reason to believe one of the troopers of your "B-Squad" is a Rebel spy, and traitor. SONEe3s8 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Captain Vars: What? This is not possible. I trust these men. They've helped me before, and I'm about to send them on a classified mission to infiltrate a Rebel space station. Admiral Brickton: That mission will now be terminated. B-Squad member Dan Jars is a Rebel spy. Captain Vars: I trust that man, Sir. He can't be a Rebel Sp- Admiral Brickston: He is a Rebel Spy! He will be terminated shortly after we take custody and interrogate him. Do not inform the other B-Squad members nor anyone else on your ship. Lock down all your ships and fighters until further notice, and keep the ship near this space station. SONEe3s9 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Admiral Brickton: I'm sorry for his sake, Captain, but Rebel spies have to be eliminated. After we take him into custody, you will terminate the mission to the Rebel Station until further notice, who know's what he has told the Rebels. And explain the story to your B-Squad members and any other crew close to this Dan Jars. Now, get back to your ship, Captain. Captain Vars: *Sigh* Yes...Sir. SONEe3s10 by BrickJamesWells, on Flickr Admiral Brickton: And remember, Captain, this is top secret. Do not mention it to anyone. I will contact you shortly after you get on your ship. We will act from there. Goodbye, Captain Vars. Captain Vars: Goodbye, Admiral. See what happens next in Episode 4! Please comment, and tell me what you thought!

This is my first Star Wars MOC! This MOC is showing my character in Shadows of Nar Eurbrikka receiving a mission in a room on a Star Destroyer. Without mini-figures. Without the table. Just the table. Thanks for looking, C&C welcome.

This weekend I had some time for Lego again, and started to build the bridge of a Star Destroyer. It is based off imagery from the Clone Wars series - especially the beginning of the season 1 episode Jedi Crash - but I guess I could also use it for my OT minifigs. I plan to make this one as big as my brick collection allows, which is now pretty huge already. I'd like to add the large room behind the commando bridge part shown here, and a level below, connected by two turbolifts. Here's what I've got so far. The outside is built very clean, and the windows look on the outside like here on the inside:

I was able to purchase the brand-new and very rare Lego Nanofighter 0.0000007965 Millenium Falcon !! The size of this new nanofighter fits exactly to the scale of the 10030 Imperial Star Destroyer. So my goal was to rebuild the famous Star Wars Scene from Episode V when Han Solo docks the Millenium Falcon to the Star Destroyer. Luckily I own 3 sets of 10030 as well as one set of 10221 Super Star Destroyer. So I was able to setup this movie scene in real life. As you can imagine, it was quite a bit fiddly to assemble this nanofighter. Especially assembling the laser cannons was a challenge. However, by using a magnifying glass and a pair of tweezers I was able to accomplish this mission. Have fun! original movie scene: Remake: Hi-Res Image

Hello all! I have been recently thinking about Bricklinking some of the rarer/more expensive UCS sets but before I take the plunge I am looking for some advice. Looking at Lobot's 10179 MF and 10143 DSII have been helpful but I am circling back to the idea of other sets. Here's the list of them: 10175 Tie Advanced 10143 Death Star 10212 Imperial Shuttle 10179 Millenium Falcon 10221 Super Star Destroyer I am looking for some advice on which one to build/best to buy. I do know I can buy a SSD but £350 is A LOT and am looking to save on money. I also know that parts on the MF are getting rarer especially those grey boat rigging so now might be a better time to buy before the prices are crazy! Any advice, pros, cons? Thanks, -824
