  1. I hope you have enough open spots for me to join in as well. I'll commit to be committed. Great banner, by the way. I love the shadows on the face.
  2. The way I figure it, any company that wants my info probably already has access to it so why not try and get free stuff?
  3. I didn't mean that as a bad thing. I think it will be interesting to see what Lego comes up with at a different scale. And if Flo's cafe is not exactly minifig scale it will probably come with some specialized useful parts for moc-ing your own gas station. So .
  4. I can't believe He-Man is so high on the list. Seriously, what year is this again? Unless there was a reboot I'm not aware of...
  5. I said Officers so I didn't include the chief. What brought the two of you to Alabatha? Speaking of the chief, though, does he have military training as well?
  6. Wizard Duel Round 1 Diana Fabray | 6------Vs.-----Johann Peterschmut | 5 Crucio ~ 0 -------------------- Protego ~ 0 Expelliarmus ~ 0 ----------------------- High ~ 0 Low ~ 0 ----------------------- Low ~ 1 Mid ~ 0 ------------------- Crucio ~ 1 High ~ 0 ----------------------- Expelliarmus ~ 0 Health: 4 --------------------- Health: 5 Diana Fabray, hoping to finally defeat a talented magus wisely chose to stay away from the Hufflepuffs and challenged fellow Slytherin Johann Petershmut to a duel. Fabray opens with her cruciatus curse but Johann is prepared and shields himself from it. Frustrated she disarms him but he dives for his wand and casts a spell from the floor, blasting through her defenses. Peterschmut regains his footing and casts his own crusciatus curse at Fabray. She squirms for a while and gets to her feet but Johann disarms her with a flick of his wand. Send for round 2 when ready.
  7. I noticed the other day that both of our police officers came to town around the same time. Did you two know each other beforehand? Do you both come from military backgrounds?
  8. That should have been the series 3 alien. It so much better than another squidtron type head. If this is the new theme it looks like the ray gun will be making an appearance in it too.
  9. Plus we never made it to the congressman's office and there might be some things he hasn't told us yet.
  10. It was only a matter of time before the commies came after us. You have our deepest sympathies for your loss, Ralph. I know I won't rest until we solve this thing. Yeah, I was standing behind the chief. It worries me that the murderer might be one of us who chatted earlier. I don't know what you might have said to warrant such an attack, though. It could just be that since you seem to be working hard to help the town and are in a position of authority that you make a tempting target for the communists. I agree that we should finish searching town hall and I would be proud to accompany you, mayor. I would like to ask If the captain knew the first Mrs. Jefferson and if he was in town at the time of her death.
  11. This line looks like a unique opportunity for Lego to show a new building scale. I doubt that the cars characters will fit in minifig scale. It will be interesting to see what the designers will come up with to match the size of the cars. That's where this will kick the Duplo line's butt. My biggest complaint about the Duplo line is that there is very little "set" to the sets. They just threw a cactus in with Lightning. This line in system could have some awesome settings to put the characters in.
  12. Sorry, I thought someone had taken care of it. I can adjudicate for you guys.
  13. Thanks again, KDM! DS sent. Go Hufflepuff!
  14. Congrats to Lego for a well-earned top spot in the ranking! No other toy could be as versatile as Lego is. Plus I don't know anyone who still plays with Hot Wheels or Barbies as an adult(without doing it with a kid). I know some adults collect other toys (and I'm not judging) but Lego is such a creative outlet that it just has to be played with to be truly appreciated.
  15. Thanks for the Adj! Time shouldn't be a problem. It's not like this thread has been jumping as of late. DS sent. C'mon Mr. Snuggly, give me some luck!
  16. Are we breaking for the holidays, then? If not I'll be away from my computer again from the 23rd to the 27th. Hopefully I'll return with more Lego and not sweaters or something. I'm really enjoying this so far.
  17. A reply in your link also said that the minifig distribution may be different. Hooray for more than two fisherman, if true!
  18. Frankfurt's in the mood for dueling as well if anyone is interested.
  19. I think one reason that most of the games are smaller in this wave is that they're focusing on Ninja-Go as complete line of games. I hope they continue with some larger games because I think the larger ones are more appealing to adults because they have more in-depth play in most cases. I'm getting a little tired of waiting for Lunar Command to come to the US. If shipping wouldn't be so expensive I would consider ordering it from overseas.
  20. Could it be a fez with a 1x1 round plate on the bottom? I just don't see why Lego would make a new piece for a trophy base. Great pictures! I want them now and I haven't found any series 3 yet.
  21. I would like to join in with everyone going to the port Well, at least we know where the tunnel leads now and not to use this cell for holding anyone.
  22. Like if a body went missing...
  23. Well, there goes the idea of locking someone in here. Another communist can just come along and spring 'em. Is this the same cell that the Chief locked the congressman in?
  24. I don't suppose you have the ship's manifest on you, captain? I would like to ask the police with flashlights to shine a light up there and then climb the ladder to assist Simmons in opening the end of the tunnel.
  25. How long is this tunnel? I would like to know more about the "supplies from England" that the Lakota brought in and where they were meant to be delivered in town.
