Red Scare Mystery - Chapter Six

If we can't get on the roof, I think we should continue to the Jefferson house. I would like to have a private conversation with the mayor. -

Well, the roof is up. So 3rd floor would probably have the access to the roof, right? -

Greetings! Stanley Spussemmin here, just back from another successful mission to the moon. Didn't get as good of a haul of cheese as last time but always great to visit with the moon men. -

Whatever happened to Lance Freestron? Who is in charge of the current finances and are they still in town? -
There was no time zone listed for the start of the contest so as it is the 23rd here, I hope this is okay. I probably won't have time to post it in the morning. Why do they always have to put the Wookie cookies so high up? The ewoks prepare for Christmas. Paploo gets a boost from a Gonk droid to get some Wookie cookies for Santa while Wicket gets a fresh apple for the reindeer. Link to Original Size

I'm insane! See, I admitted it. I'm eager to join the fun! Sounds like a fun and fast game. My previous experience with mafia games has only been the Village of the Damned but I'm in the Red Scare Mystery right now. And I don't plan on going anywhere after Christmas is over. If anything I'd check the gaming thread too often. Thank you for your consideration. 1 Upside down skier 2 Printing press 3 Football (US) player 4 Penguin 5 Gremlin -

Cf's expelliarmus should do a damage against protego. Won't affect the outcome but it's not a perfect round for KDM. -
Red Scare Mystery - Chapter Five

Wow, I must be good at searching through desks. What happened to Jack Langry, the detective who investigated Laura Jefferson's death? -
Red Scare Mystery - Chapter Five

Couldn't agree with you more, mayor. The public buildings will only get us so far. The Jefferson house was circled for a reason. It may be that there is another secret tunnel like at two of the other buildings on that map. If none else wants to search Bradford's office, I will search the top of the desk, inside the desk, and in the trash can for any papers that might prove or disprove the mayor's loyalty. -

Is there anything in the congressman's trash can? Are there any cabinets or shelves I can look through? -

Excellent design! I love the color scheme of the church and the way you put snow on the steeple roof. -

Is the handwriting of the note similar to any of the other notes we have collected? I would like to compare it with the others to determine this. I'd also like to search the drawers of the congressman's desk for any other notes or clues. -

I hope that your traveling is as trouble-free as possible. And that your visit goes well and your relative feels better. -
Red Scare Mystery - Chapter Five

Was it a russian accent? Was the argument on top of the department store? I would like to look inside the briefcase. I would also like to read the burnt note if anything is still legible and look within the folder. -

I'd like to ask Steve why he didn't believe it was accidental. I'd also like to ask Captain Ted again if he knew Laura Jefferson. I'd also like to search the congressman's office for any clues he might have of the spies' identities that he has not told us. -

I love your Lupin. Great idea for the snake's head! That must have been hard to make the pieces fit together like that. Can you give any hints as to how you accomplished that? -

I'd like to search through the boxes for personnel records of the public servants. I'm looking for anything out of the ordinary in their hiring processes, financial situations, or birth records. (Oops, meant for the above to be italicized.) -
Things that changed Lego forever
CorneliusMurdock replied to David Thomsen's topic in General LEGO Discussion
The only change you listed that still irks me is the Fleshies. I buy non-licensed and licensed themes but still want to mix the parts for custom minifigs. I understand why they did it but I'm still not happy about it. The only minifgs that fit in less than regular fleshies are the Clone Wars fleshies and possibly the NBA players from a few years back. -

He fights off the pain and disarms Fabray with a blast so strong that sends her into the opposite wall. She lands in a heap at the foot of the wall. Madam Pomfrey is called in to attend to her. Tough luck, KDM. Update your profiles accordingly. Good duel, CF. Better luck next time. Hufflepuff Rules! Edit: Woohoo! 500th post. I'm a knight now! -

I'd be glad to help you by doing the typing, mayor. I'm pretty slow at it. Probably why I don't have a desk job. I would like to do as the mayor says, typing the aforementioned phrase and th elocation of the typewriter I'm using on every typewriter I can find. Did you hire your officers yourself, Chief? -

Wizard Duel Round 2 Diana Fabray | 4------Vs.-----Johann Peterschmut | 5 Protego ~ 0 -------------------- Expelliarmus ~ 1 High ~ 0 ----------------------- Mid ~ 1 Low ~ 0 ----------------------- Crucio ~ 1 Crucio ~ 1 ------------------- Low ~ 0 Expelliarmus ~ 1 ----------------------- Protego ~ 0 Health: 1 --------------------- Health: 3 Just as Diana retrieves her wand, Johann disarms her again and giggles to himself as she scrambles after it. He hits her with mid-level spell that sends her sliding across the dueling platform. As Fabray skids to a stop, Peterschmut unleashes a cruciatus curse. Diana struggles free from it and retaliates in kind. Her opponent recovers and attempts a shield charm but it is her turn to disarm him. Send for round 3 when ready. If you've got some felix, KDM, the time to take it is now.
