  1. I ordered 3ea today! These look great! http://thebrickblogger.com/2013/05/lego-minifigure-display-cases/
  2. This is a very big staple in the history of Fire Departments in the USA. These ladders are built to work around tight and narrow streets. Here is a link that gives a pretty simple definition.
  3. Is there anyway to revert to the older version? This one is killing my video card.
  4. Great build! Very good job
  5. I sent a message to Brick Forge asking them to make firefighting stuff, and I got a reply of "Sounds good!"
  6. Great job on these! The american helmet, haligan, and airpacks look great! Need any seed $ to get these mass produced and to the market?

  8. I know, I tried the new trans round 1x1 tiles, but it didnt look right, and I also contemplated the Brickarms Warning Light but wanted to maintain 100% Lego pieces. Come on! Your in the SEC now, no need to hate on KSU
  9. I built this 1971 Seagrave Tiller Ladder Truck based on one a buddy of mine owns. It is white with a purple stripe, as we are both big Kansas State University fans (their colors are purple and grey) Here is a photo of his truck: Here is my build:

  12. As a firefighter I have always loved everything related to firefighting. After missing out on last years contest I knew I wanted to be sure to make one for this year. Introducing the Lego Winter Village Firehouse! I decided to put 2012 on the front to indicate the year I made the set. I thought about 1225 to symbolize Christmas but went with 2012. The set includes 2 firefighters, 1 santa, 1 adult male, 1 female child, and 1 dog. I wanted to include Santa because here in America there are many town traditions that include Santa riding in the town fire truck for the Christmas parade. You can google search it to see what I am talking about. Also after looking at all of the existing sets by TLG I thought the town needed a way to know what time it was, so what better way than a small clocktower? The Firehouse interior includes two beds, a fire pole, fire extinguisher, 2 gold fire helmets, sink, countertop with drawers, and 2 light up bricks! I wanted to do 2 becase I wanted the majority of the windows to glow at night. The firetruck is modeled after several different ones, but I wanted to be sure and set it apart from the one with the Fire Birgade modular. I went with a front mounted pump that was popular in the 40's and 50's. THANKS FOR LOOKING! Flick Link for more photos and full size photos.
  13. WOW that looks pretty cool, excited to see the inside
  14. I was wondering if anyone was going to use the green life preserver! I ordered for my Winter Village entry back in Oct. Makes a perfect wreath! Nice build too bad you can't make in real bricks. I am excited to show mine off soon
  15. Anyone found a work around? I need to get started on my Winter Village entry
  16. Will there be another Winter Village contest like last year? There were some very neat buildings that came out of it.
  17. I agree, might try again with larger tires. Might try going 8 studs wide
  18. Thanks for your update. I guess we could always roll back to the version prior to 10.7.5 if you absolutly had to.
  19. Do you have a direct link? Id be happy to report it.
  20. I too have this problem, however I am running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5
  21. Did you notice the motor brick on the fire helicopter? Instead of a light brick its a motor to bring up the grapling hook!
