I did, but I got confused by people mistaking names. Normally I never get things wrong, that's why I'm such a successful and famous detective.

Peanuts replied to Dragonator's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Reminds me of drinving lessons. I don't like to have someone next to me, telling me how to run things. But I admit, it works greatly. -
Can we enter the empty flat? Who exactly owns the building?
-
So who is not allowed to vote, Mr. Lyons or Mr. Greyson? And why hasn't the other one of them voted yet?
-
Once again I'm late for this party. But doesn't matter, I'll vote: Adam Sokern/Sok I remember a funny story another detective once told me, it was about a castle, where both wizards and assassins could kill. There was one protector to protect from earthly kills, and one from magic kills. Might be the same in here.

But wouldn't it be possible that the more experienced players always lead the bandwagon? -
And what is that theory good for? It won't help us figure out a werewolf, it won't help us figure out a third party, and it's just a theory based on nothing. Let's concentrate on the werewolves.

General Pirates of the Caribbean Theme Discussion Thread

Agreed about those. And I think they will be definitely printed, Lego does always use prints on such small pieces. -
Can we get some...how did the judge call it? Extermination? No...Tax Evadence...That as well, but there was something else...Evidence! That's it, the judge wanted some evidence. Don't blame yourself, I've solved lots of cases without any evidence, but we might propably need it at that point.

Really? How trusted is most trusted? Cause let's assume you're right, and person one has come to you at free will, claiming to be a protector. Then he is most likely town and believes himself to be a protector. He has protected Hewitt, who was also targeted by person 4, who claims top be a protector as well. Maybe one of them was and insane leech doctor and was about to kill him, while the other actually helped him. (The word "leech doctor" doesn't mean anything. There's just ways too many doctors out there who kill their patients instead of helping them. I don't think people will ever be able to heal someone effectively.) Or one of them tried to kill, and the other really protected. In this case person four was the killer. Now I think we can trust person three, as he knew person one and four, who confessed, targeted Ebenizer Wearshishatwrongly Hewitt. Person two might be a werewolf or a third party guy who tries to infiltrate Harriet's gang. The plan he would use is simply, but effective: He would claim he can protect someone, but he can't protect at all. But he's given an order by Harriet, who coordinates the protectors and makes sure that they don't protect each the same target. So the pretended protector knows who the town leaves unprotected, and the werewolves get a kill, without any risk of failure. He claims to be blocked, although he isn't. Maybe he is even the third party killer, learns the village's most important targets, and kills them one by one. But Harriet sounds sure he's one of us. In this case, person one and two sound like the most propably protectors, but if four is a werewolf, five can't be. Cause they would be stupid if two werewolves would claim to be protectors, so five was most likely third party or a townie with some crank role. But of one or four is a protector from an other party, why would they tell Harriet? Harriet would tell tehm to protect townies, but both third parties and werewolves have to kill townies.

Great idea. Although I think I've played to often to get into it, right? But seriously, I think this gives new players a chance to get experience. I'm wondering if there will also be other hosts for mafia academy but Sandy? -
Right. I'll stop arguing about that and will wait until we learn who tried to kill the Chief, who doesn't even know how to wear a hat. Has anyone any suspect we might discuss in the meantime?
-
Yes, but the rule is only talking about the host's PMs. I was talking about PMs from other players...of life.
-
Well, that complicates things, but it also leaves us two good suspects, Mr. Sokern and the killer you don't want to name. I'm excited what you'll find out. You didn't say it was weak arguments and a strong night action that convinced you Zed wasn't scum. Actually, from the beginning of the day since few hours ago you said t was a reasonable speech, that made you sure Zed wasn't scum. Now you say it wasn't valid at all, you were just stupid. I myself think, you told us he convinced you with valid arguments, then you had to tell us your arguments, and had to make stuff up. You didn't have valid arguments that were stronger than Harriets accuse, so you took weak arguments and said you trusted him blindly. Also, the question was talked several times before you answered, maybe you realized, that not answering would make you even more suspicious. I don't turst you at all. And, i'm just wondering, are we allowed to quote from PotatoMegablocks? THe rule is only talking about the ones send by the host.

I think we should stay with our plans. Ackerson's flat, than Schneider's flat, than maybe the seaport or something else. We shouldn't forget what the mayor has told us, just because we got another possibility where we can go.
-
I would like to hear the so impressive speech, that convinced you immediately and doubtless that Zed was a loyal townie, the speech, that made you perfectly sure Harriet was wrong although her gap-filling plays, the speech, that brought you to even intimidate a police officer just because you were so sure he was town. And by the way, you intimidated a police officer to come for him if Zed would die, now Zed died and he's dead, clearly not killed by a townie. And wether if you're a werewolf or something else, we need to kill anyone who is not town, and I'm almost sure you're not. Consider yourself dead, scum.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5 discussion
Peanuts replied to eiker86's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I'm disappointed they didn't make a new gun for the mobster, but the violin case is still a very nice one. I'm a also bit disappointed about the snowboarder, the Eskimo and the female performer, but the gladiator looks great. -
I'm fine with going to Ackerson's house.

Right, I completely forgot she might be third party. That happens ways too often during my inquests. Sometimes I even forget the crime the suspect has done. Too mjuch lukewarm beer, I think. I'm a great detective ayway.

I think, Harriet might be trustworthy. She has lead the conga line of death against Zeb and therefore killed one of the werewolves. I don't think she can be scum, unless she is an usurper trying to kill the alpha werewolf, who Zeb was. But I don'T know if there are alpha werewolves, usurper werewolves and if Harriet is one. We also have no sign that Zeb was the alpha werewolf, if there are some. I myself think she is highly trustworthy.

Werewolf Mafia Confirmation & Discussion thread
Peanuts replied to JimBee's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
That's been fast, good job, JimButcher. It's not too fast for me, the quicker the better. -
That's strange...would such a cloak fit a werewolf? I always imagined them to be big, hulking beasts. And use werewolves picks? I don't think so, they're called "werewolves" and not "wereminers". Strange one... Maybe some third party has killed our policeman and not a werewolf. Maybe someone even managed to block the werewolf killer? It would be great if a blocker, if we have one, would tell someone privately who he blocked, just to give us a hint were to proceed our investigations. Only one death, that's not bad at all. Normally, once I take a case over, there dies more than one on the first day. Has anyone else found out something at night?

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5 discussion
Peanuts replied to eiker86's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I agree, with the mobster and the gladiator this will be the best series so far. Glad to see them confirmed by someone. I'm just wondering: about the mobster: Has he a new hat or an indy one? And does the gun fit into the violin case? And what is the gladiator armed with? Gladius or spear? Sorry for asking so much, I'm just excited about this wave. -
I think you're hypothesizing into a very interesting direction. Maybe we should investigate the houses of the people you talked to. Or Dieter's house, but I just ate, and I'll wait before eating some cookies. Maybe we should first head to the Ackerson residence or the seaport, and then go to Dieter? I wonder why you are so upset about what happened to the congressman. I didn't vote him, I didn't even see him until now, and I don't know if he was such a big help to us, when he didn't reveal his information until we found out ourselves or the mayor told us. And I don't think it's bad we may use our actions more often, it might bring us forward against those left communists. I don't think this situation is very bad at all, I'm optimistic we you did a big step to extirpate those commies.
