  2. Thanks for the review and pics! The new column pieces are so awesome, can't wait to get my hands on a bunch od those! The hammerhead headpiece is simply amazing, along with mantis and "regular" shark head these could make one hell of a crew for the Flying Dutchman!!! Pirate
  3. Very original idea!! The whole back story is equally as good! I love the idea you would need a full fledged gunship to "dispatch" turkeys .... Now if only we had a fryer big enough ..... Pirate
  4. CubeDudes invasion!!!!!! These are all great, the series of alice in wonderland ones are pretty awesome! My favorites though are the lion and Miss Piggy Excellent work on these 150 120 (thanks Clark) CudeDudes!!! EDIT New favorite ... Jack Sparrow Pirate

  6. LOL!!! I have 2 cats, Mine are addicted to trees, especially theseand these I think over the years I might have lost at least half a dozen and always seem to find some in the most random places ... under the couch, under the bed, on the computer desk .... Still gotta love the furry little buggers!!!! Pirate

  9. Welcome to Eurobricks!!! I truly hope you enjoy our company!!!! As far as right to view profiles , you acquire these after a certain number of posts, read the following Topic. At the very end, you'll see that ""I'm New!" is the rank that everyone starts at. Standing orders states that everyone is helpful to the newcomers! However due to the evil invaders from the land of SpamBoticous many restrictions are imposed on this group; for example signature editing, sending PMs and viewing of profiles. But fear not; make ten good posts and the nightmare will be soon over." So 10 good posts and you're home free!!!! Pirate
  10. Neville's shirt is purely amazing, this decal could be used is numerous applications. The quality of your decals and minifigs is astounding good sir!!!! Keep up the excellent work!!! Pirate
  11. HAHAHAHAHA!!! Good stuff, This made my day (and it's only 7:47 here!!!) Very original and funny! Your sand technique is real good it gives it a "rough" surface look! Pirate
  12. WOW!!! The MOC itself is really cool, I especially love the chandelier very clever design!!! Old trick with the shot, always very nice when it works though, the effect is perfect here!!! Pirate
  13. WOAHH!!! The beast thing is awesome!!!!! Excellent works, the whole scene flows well, it's very harmonious and the whole thing stands out. Impressive works!!! Pirate
  14. It looks very Mega-Blocky .... Not sure I like it. It could be fine to disaply a set in a more permanent fashion. I don't see the playability of it ... no studs = No good IMO! Thanks for posting it, although it's ugly, it sure is interesting!!! Pirate
  15. I had dreams of the day Lego would do something about crimpled instructions / destroyed sticker sheets. Lego, once again you live up to my expectations!!!! Let's hope it's a trend which will apply to most larger sets, maybe even smaller!!!! Pirate
  16. Pictures? Link? Pirate
  17. Ingenious, the setup is very nice and looks "stock" when incorporated in a display as your pictures demonstrate. My big concern though is heat, after a while would the LED not fuse with the head piece? Or the continuous use change the color of the brick, would there be any yellowing of the trans piece? In any case, I love the idea but could never resolve myself to modify a brick!! Pirate
  18. You can have access to much more pieces than the actual LDD "standard" app offers you. You can go here, Superkalle made an awesome post outlining everything. Read the entire post, it's quite long, but worth your while. The possibilities are ENDLESS!!!!! Have fun! Pirate
  19. Make them be a special unit, marines vs. fusilier or soldiers as an example. Make them an elite infantry unit ... Marines were dressed differently than infantry units anyways, why not keep them and make your army bigger!!!! Pirate
  20. What a neat idea!!!! All karts have a unique, very kart-like look to them. My personal favorite is lotso's followed by buzz's karts, but all are really cool! Pirate
  21. HAHAHA LOVE IT!! The whole MOC is awesome, jacuzzi included (reminds me of LEGO star wars) Pirate
  22. WOW!!! Very good modular building, the whole building has a nice feel to it, it fits perfectly in the modular theme. It's a very cool take on the town plan cinema. I really love the creation! Keep creatin' Pirate
  23. Soooooo Cool!!! Looks awesome, I like that it feels or looks dark or grim very piratey!!! The castle is pretty cool, I never thought of using slopes like those to do it! Great MOC Pirate
  24. I voted NO I believe that the lack of a military theme or the lack of "modern" weapons (excluding blasters) follows the original Lego philosophy to try and promote as lesss as possible human vs. human violence. Most themes that feature weapons are not meant to be violent in itself, let's remember that a pirates best weapon was intimidation, not firepower! Medieval themes where we have swords and axes were often more fantastic than realistic etc... In sum, I truly believe that it's a good thing Lego does not have much "modern" weapons to offfer as lightningtiger said "There is enough gun crap on the TV news" and as a soon to be father, I would much rather my kid (and me!!!) create fantasy worlds and stories without guns!!!! Over and Out! Pirate
  25. It is, I just picked one up this week end in Canada (national capital region)@ wal-mart. There was only one on the shelves behind another set (probably hidden there by someone!!!) It's a really cool set, I don't know when it hit the shelves though! Pirate
