I've been planning the making of my Invasion From Below Fan Game, which is based off of the actual episode but also introduces elements from past HF episodes, such as the original voices and personalities for the heroes and two characters that will appear in the game that didn't appear in the episode. The game will be an on-rails, arcade-style 3D shooter, similar to lightgun games like House of the Dead and Virtua Cop, with cutscenes before each stage. This is where YOU come in. Thank you! ^o^ Breez's Flea Machine looks pretty cool and unique. I like that you can use the anchor to grab stuff like Jumpers and cocoons. Also, why are we only getting blue-backed Orange Jumpers? What about the Red and Green ones?

I just had another look at the Surge and Rocka Combat Machine picture. It seems that we'll be getting Stud Shooters with that set, as well as Rocka Crawler Machine. Also... What on Earth is that meant to be on the Queen Beast's behind?

Okay, now I'm excited. The Queen Beast looks great, the cocoons look interesting, the return of boxes is pretty unexpected (for Surge and Rocka Combat Machine, that is) and overall, I'm now hyped for the Summer Wave.

I'm asking because I really want to make an Invasion From Below on-rails shooter at some point. I have all of the level layouts and boss scripts already worked out, but I just need the 3D models for Jaw Beast, Flyer Beast, Splitter Beast, Tunneler Beast, Crystal Beast, The Queen and the heroes. LDD would be a good source to make the models, but I don't know if any software supports LLD files or not.

Bionicle: Bionicle Stars. What a terrible way to end Bionicle. The only good set was Tahu, and that was because he had two brand-new molds for his Hau: One in Mata Red and one in Pearl Gold. Hero Factory: Fangz, Jet Rocka and Evo Walker spring to mind. Slizers/Throwbots: I don't have any.

I really like the look of the (un)official builds for the Summer sets. I just wish that I could see how the Surge & Rocka Combiner Machine's skeleton is built...

Here's a few that I'd love to see: Spidey Vs Shocker: £40, 500-600 pieces. Includes Battle-Damaged Spider-Man, (Herman Shultz) Shocker and two Police Officer minifigures. Takes place in a burning warehouse. The Best Laid Plans: £200, 1800-2000 pieces. Includes Insulator Suit Spider-Man, Hyper Electro, Electro (wearing the Bio-Nexus device), two Animatronic Samurai and Dr Watts minifigures. The set has two different scenarios: A battle in the museum between Spider-Man, Electro and his Animatronic Samurai henchman, while Dr Watts is being held hostage... And the final battle between Spider-Man and the supercharged Hyper Electro on top of a power station.

Yes, I'm sure. When the game cuts to a Mission Progress screen in the video, you can see that the Jumpers have blue backs...

They appear in the later levels of the game that take place underground. You can see them in TTV's latest part of the Let's Play for Invasion From Below. ^w^

Thanks to the game, we have the official names of the Summer sets and confirmation that we'll be getting Blue-Backed Jumpers... Rocka Crawler Machine Tunneler Beast Breez Flea Machine Bulk Drill Machine Crystal Beast Surge & Rocka Combiner Machine Queen Beast (+ Evo Spider Machine)

I have the feeling that trans-orange and trans-light blue armour is going to be a key element in the hero and villain sets. Especially in the case of Flummox the Pheonix.

Maybe we'll get sharks with laser beams on their heads, as a reference to Austin Powers? .o.

Seeing as I have all the sets already, I'll gradually post my thoughts on each set. Evo Walker is pretty good in terms of parts, but not as an actual set. The posability is terrible, the design needs some work and it needs ACTUAL feet, not ball cups. The upside of having this set is that you get a "taster" of what 2014's sets have to offer. You get a mech, a cockpit with canopy, three Jumpers in various colours and a hero minifigure. Overall, Evo Walker is only worth getting if you want a complete wave of sets or if you want to see what Invasion From Below has to offer. If you're only buying sets because of how good they are as sets, get Jaw Beast instead.

The Dark Maker used them to construct the Brain Factory.

We need returning villains as minifigs for 2015. After all, you have to wonder if the Villain Factory MADE all of the villains from Rise of the Rookies, Ordeal of Fire and Breakout...

I've noticed that we've got the return of hard-to-find parts for this year's Winter wave... (Stormer XL feet and mini dog bone, Furno 1.0/Jawblade blades, azure bones) What returning parts do you think we'll get in the Summer Wave? I'm personally hoping for the titan-sized bones that we got with Fire Lord and Black Phantom, seeing as I never got bones in that length.
