  1. Thanks . I've had so much fun with this I'm not sure you get that many votes But thanks, I think
  2. We found out that we could rent a car really cheap, so Quarryman, eiker, ace and me will be sharing a rental car that we pick up at the airport in Munich when we arrive there, and have for the whole trip.
  3. Thanks . I've put a lot of care into the details.
  4. Thanks . The point was to make it look like they are using bones as a building material Thank you . The poor pterodactyl, destined to become food... Haha, that would be awesome *ticks off the boxes* Thanks I'm wondering if maybe I should switch out one of my pics for one of those pics I think you refer to as having easter eggs... Damn you for only allowing 3 pics in here . Btw, thanks for the inspiration to those landing gears
  5. I have strange targets? I'll just take that as a compliment . Maybe it's because I don't blatantly go for the typical metagame targets? And I was even a vanilla this game I would love to play again
  6. Did the dinosaurs really get extinct? Or were some of them smart enough to leave the planet? Seems like at least one group is doing well for themselves... If the world is going under, time to leave in the spaceship! Ensuring food supplies is important. And keeping the lava flow from reaching the spaceship before it can take off... Making the last pre-flight checks. And of course, a guard is making sure no un-authorized dinosaurs get aboard. Loads more pics to check out on flickr!
  7. Congrats to the scum team. I wish I hadn't been killed before I could even start playing (damn you Zeph ), but it was fun to watch (and kind of painful to watch town slaughter themselves...)
  8. It could have something to do with an email sent to registrants telling them not to wait to book hotel, because it would get full quickly . I booked shortly after that
  9. Yeah, sure, but it's expensive, so just send me all your money and then you can just get going A city must have some bustling activity
  10. More ice planet goodness I especially like those ground vehicles.
  11. Thank you . Thanks, microscale small vehicles need to be tiny, so have to take advantage of the tiniest pieces there is
  12. I'm mostly very pleased about what they've done with the Friends line, and it's great to see they're cranking out a lot of new sets, and keeping the theme strong. Of course, as an AFOL, I love all the new pieces and colors, but I also think the sets are generally very well made. As others have said, I would have loved to see some more boys in the line, and I've heard some rumours that there are going to be more boys, but no tellings of when. I'm still not really a fan of the minidolls, but they have somewhat grown on me. They are definitely cute, but their lack of poseability is really the most off-putting. I wish they were able to walk, and move their hands. One thing I really like is that even though the sets are clearly made for girls, they are not overly girly, and they are not trying to make girls appear less adept than boys at building. And it really creates a great addition to Town, which doesn't have more buildings from casual life. All in all, I'd say it has lived up to my expectations, but I'm still disappointed in the lack of mobility in the minidolls, but I've come to accept them as a worthwile addition that girls like (even I prefer the minifig myself )
  13. Thank you . And thanks for making my brain think of those flower spacecrafts Thanks Thank you, I'm such a sucker for colors Thanks . The space ships were really a matter of "what kind of cazy pieces could make a defining part of a space ship" and then fiddling with all sorts of connections from there Haha, yeah . I had so much fun making that banana ship Thanks, but... uhm... claw thing pick up... what? Thanks . I worked really hard on this! But we'll see if it's enough to earn me a trophy Thank you
  14. In a distant future, where man has colonized Mars. Here is one of the first cities to have been created. The force field highway is filled with personal transportation spacecrafts during rush hour. A park commemorates the early explorations of Mars. A space ship is landing on the platform. Nearby is the farm providing the city with food. More pics can be viewed on flickr.
  15. I kind of had what in my mind is a great idea yesterday (we'll see about the actual outcome ), so now I just need the world to stop moving for a while so I'll have time to build it
  16. I'm all registered and ready to go Just need to get those plane tickets booked...

  19. Wow, this is really great! Not only is it a really beautiful creation, but the light actually rotates! . Great job on both the lighthouse and the landscaping Loving the shoreline! This deserves to be
  20. I have a puzzle piece as well, but I'm still debating with myself whether it's in our best interest to share them all publicly. I know they'll go to waste if we don't, there's no way we can find a trusted townie to give them to this early, but do we really want the scum to hold on to some important last piece, and then swoop in an get the answer before any of us can figure out what's missing? Or does it not matter that much, and it's all just for fun? If all it does is give someone kill-immunity on night one, I suppose the odds of it being useful to anyone are low anyway...
  21. I can't remember looking this old last time I saw myself in a mirror... Maybe it's because of the blow to the head? Oh no, I'm getting old! I don't want to get old! Quick, I must have a crisis and buy lots of LEGO!
  22. Ouch, my head hurts, as if it's been hit by a giant hammer. Strange feeling...
  23. I guess I need to work on my english grammar
