  1. I hope you are right, there is definitely a pattern there! I had not thought about it before and only noticed the Safari Off-Roader as a prequel set Maybe TLG has found out is is wise to give the kids one set so they start investing in a subtheme and wants more before they hit them with the big wave
  2. I look forward to see the horse transporter very much and I am sure it will sell a lot especially if it has more than one horse. The tractor is selling like crazy in Norway from what I can see, so I hope we are getting close to a full farm wave soon, they sure has a lot of animal mould that would fit in there now
  3. Me neither, but I assumed it would be super popular since a lot of people where planning to get two and I do not expect it to pop up in normal shops anyway, so I bit the bullet and ordered one and some parts on B&P to add more deer. Looks like TLG finally has understood that if they add a generous amount of animal moulds in a set more people will buy it
  4. Are the white parts glow in the dark?
  5. You can try using one extra animal as a hat instead of hair, I have done that with success However next time I am abroad in a Lego shop I hope I can get one with 15 animals since I always run out of useful minifig parts before animals I want
  6. The new black anglerfish in 60294: Stunt Show Truck is available at B&P for half the price as the original one
  7. Sweet Did you manage to buy one pack with only animals? Looking forward to next time I can go to a Lego store and pick the BAM parts I want
  8. I do not think we will see any pictures until very close to the reveal of the set, TLG is getting better and better at preventing leaks and the D2Cs are the easiest to keep under wraps since fewer people know about them compared to a normal retail set. Lego are even hiring a chief "plumber" to lead a team of "plumbers" to stop leaks, so expect them to be even rarer in the future
  9. It is great that it is a GWP in minifigscale for once and a way to include the chocolate frog cards. 4 Cards is generous is such a small set and I do think the set will look even better with all of them on the wall. Nice that it included a chocolate frog unlike most of the other sets this year, but it should have included a owl as well
  10. Impressive, but it has probably been top 5 best-selling theme since 2018 if we look at sales per set instead of comparing e.g. themes with 5 sets a year to themes with 50 I thought it was among the top 6 last year? At least it is usually mentioned very frequently on the press-conferences etc that they have when they present the half year results so no doubt it is a best seller theme
  11. Yes, I guess the old CMF one is most likely if they do not make a new one
  12. This will be such a wasted opportunity if the animals are brick built in this set Has it happened that they have made new parts for GWP before? If not then the chance for a chimp in the next CMF just went up
  13. "A new LEGO set based on primatologist, anthropologist and chimpanzee expert Jane Goodall is reportedly launching in 2022." https://www.brickfanatics.com/lego-jane-goodall-reportedly-arriving-2022/ High chance of a animal or two in that set it it is real
  14. Finally At least then a lot of the figs have to be new characters unless they are giving us several Newts I am one of those that hope for more FB sets and especially figs, but I guess it depends on how big a chance TLG wants to take with FB
  15. I assume this only apply for EU, if not they have lo lower the price quite a lot in Norway to even get close to the price in a lot of the other countries in Europe
  16. Could be a March wave so we can still get something animal heavy in summer if we are lucky The City tractor is selling like crazy in Norway at least (maybe because we have a lot of rural areas with farmers?), if that is selling a lot in other countries as well my hopes for a full on farm wave rises There are sure coming a lot of goat hints lately from TLG, sooner or later they must re-release it with the demand that it is for the part..
  17. I wonder if it is intentionally that someone in the latest Rebuild the World commercial try to bring the goat at 0:42, but is told NO, NO! Just like Lego designers when they try to bring back the goat mould https://ramblingbrick.com/2021/09/20/rebuild-the-world-2021/ https://www.brickfanatics.com/legos-latest-ad-weighs-in-goats-coming-back/
  18. On top of my head we have gotten: hare otter flying owl stag thestral hippogriff In addition to several animal body-parts outside the CMF budget in HP/FB so I would not give up hope yet for a Fang mould etc next year regardless of a CMF 3 or not
  19. My guess for years has been a statue fig with pigeons, but so for no luck so I am probably also daydreaming
  20. We are not so lucky that we will get more than one regular a year I think
  21. Not very easy to get sets, but the bricktober sets has a rabbit and a hen in them as far as I can see A Castle civilian farmer fig with a couple of sheep would be fantastic if that finely came in CMF 22 and a fig with some pigeons please (my modular street in naked without them)
  22. The reindeer battle-pack comes with 4 big animals and cost only 7 euro/dollars more, so I expect more then one horse now, with all the animals we have gotten this year as well I hope the train keeps rolling (do I even dare start hoping for an updated foal mould)
  23. The french bulldog from CMF series 17 makes a return in QE set
  24. Last CMF had only 4 figs that have not come in at least one set as well, and of those I think only Harry's parents are unlikely to show up in a set soon, so it would be no problem for Lego to fill 12 spots for a HP CMF. However I believe it comes down to sales and how it fit in with their other CMF plans. The first WW CMF sold like crazy, if the HP CMF 2 was even close to that I am sure we will get a HP(/WW) CMF 3 it is only a matter of time.. I hope they will make more FB sets/figs and I think we will get a few sets with the 3 movie, then it depends on how popular the movie is. If it is really a hit we can see more sets and a CMF inclusion later, if it on the other hand only do fine or even poorly the chances are slim. FB are more like other licenses e.g. Lone ranger and Prince of Persia that have excellent sets. but as long as the movie is not a big hit they will not sell a lot. Things like HP and SW are now more evergreen so they will sell a lot even if there is a mediocre film or not one at all, unlike in 2003
  25. I found the source at least one of them, better late than newer SW or HP had not any new movies in 2003 or first half of 2004, so sales plummeted with more than 220 million dollars and Lego almost went out of business because of it. So it was both SW and HP combined I only remembered the HP part of it Source; The Toys That Made Us, Lego episode season 2
