    To be frank it had 0 new moulds, the door comes in another set the designer said so in a interview and the hat was off course made for the Snow White set and not MTS (SWC could also have gotten help from other sets with some of their moulds off course)

    Regarding feedback, some people at Lego might be reading here, but if people want to make sure they arguments are heard by TLG they should give a review here: https://survey.medallia.com/legoproduct Yes the set is nice, but the reason some of us are complaining about some parts of the sets are: it's 10-15 years since we got a similar set and it might be 10-15 until we get a new one we get one normal Castle set every second year at best, most other themes get a lot every year LKC set a standard which we assumed this set would follow in addition MMV and MVR set a standard which we assumed this set would follow the prelim of the set leaked 1 year ago and some of us expected that (maybe foolishly and had way to much hype for a year also stupid it turn out) Do not forget the huge Disney tax

    New mould apperantly, rat has red eyes, no news on dog and bird so assume they are not new..

    Seems to be a lot of animal printed parts in the Snow White set, (could also be stickers), not animal moulds, but could be nice parts to have anyway

    Come down, I know how it works, but it easier just to say budget and that is basically what it is even if it consist of several parts. This set should had more parts budget for recolours/prints if it had it would ended up costing more money. On the other hand if they only included extra animals in colours that already are in production it do not affect that part of the budget. They are however expensive parts, so they must remove a lot of other cheaper parts per extra animal added, maybe one of the small houses even. Or they could have increased the price of the set and included both.. That was probably also TLG reasoning and I am sure the prelim would cost at least 50$ more. On the other hand several of those animals would had come in new colours in a set like this and adding further value and use to them. I will not help people in a year or two, but you can probably get the farm set on sale from shops with left over stock now if the animals are gone from PAB there..

    They should have increased the price with 50$ and included something like this; a lot of animals 2-4 more minifigs more prints and used what was left on bricks No way the set paid for anything other than the recolor of the goat LKC had a new mould, a lot of new printed parts like shields and barding etc and a lot of old parts brought back in production so no wonder they could not make anymore minifig prints, but the budget for the set was very good unlike this set

    Do not know much either, but even if they are normal I assume they spend most of the budget on other parts so make little sense to use that on animals in that series, my guess is recolors at best Strange that we are getting detailed leaks from fall sets, when we still do not now much details of the City jungle sets coming in summer..

    Sounds interesting. Is there any chance for any normal animals are are they fantasy creatures if they are included as accessories?

    It was a smart move from the designer given he only had budget to include 1 shield on the other hand it is something wrong with the budget when they only can afford 1 printed shield in a set like this, just see how many LKC managed to make The door comes in another set later so it do not count, since that set used the budget for it. It is the printed minifigs, the shield print and a new colour of goat (even if CMF used the budget to bring it back and deserve most of the honour even if it was because of this set it was remade).. He mentions LCK, B-bay, Eldorado fortress and this so they probably have something else planned next. For Pirates not sure what that could be, a ship for the soldiers maybe, they have made a pirate ship/ pirate island and a soldier fort, pretty sure they will not make a Islanders set so what is left? For Castle I think a forestmen set or a joust is most likely. A new MVR set would be amazing, but this set has made me disillusioned in what direction Castle/Pirates are headed so I am not holding my breath maybe we have better luck in 10-12 years Probably just that the set was not finished at the time, even the door was missing. should something like that work you must show say each group a different color of a goat You must decide for you, but for me it is way to big for any other Castle set

    He say something like "Ashwin, who you met at the LOTR" so I guess that confirms that the set was on display there as well (not a big surprise)..

    It was not the designer that was the problem with MTS, but the budget.. To me this looks rather similar to the Ideas set they had to make the set from, but includes more details. It that was a call from the designers, Lego or D&D is hard to tell..

    Look like a very "busy" set, I mean that they managed to include a lot, however will wait for better pictures before I can say much since other than the film do not know much about D&D

    It was only about what they would give for the different sets so unless the price drops a lot for the set you should be safe 😅 That is also true 🙈

    I know you are mostly positive to what Lego do and that is fine, but no one buys a medieval village set because they include, frogs, bats and small birds it's all about the farm animals! I like the pasture included, but if the set had a cow or two like it supposed to it's not like they where forced to make a pasture for them, they could be free-ranging like the ones in MMV. Both the designer and we got the short end of the stick in this set, he made a masterpiece and a dream set that was reduced to a nice set because of budget cuts Yes me too, the decision to reduce the price on this set with 50$ and remove a lot of the sought after parts from the prelim has personally made me loose a lot of faith in the Lego company. They do a lot of things right these days with offering a lot of new sets for adults, but in regards to remakes of classic sets they are going in the wrong direction after a fantastic start. (I have no interest in Space so will leave that out since I do not know enough about it). Pirates and Castle started more or less with perfection in B-bay and LKC, but the sets after that are heading in the wrong direction. We will see in a year or two when we get the next set if they are back on track, but I rather be positivity surprised then with low expectations than disappointed with a lot of them like now

    I do not think minidoll animals are the problem, yes it would be perfect if all the minidoll sets had only minifig animals like Paradisa, but they are spending their own budget on the moulds. If you are married and your spouse is spending a lot of money it's a big difference if the person spends your money or not If anything it seems that if one of the "groups" get's a new animal the other one will get a version of the animal in a year or two My guess as I have said before is that one of the sets has tiger cubs, so probably that and the adult may have somewhat different printing than the original one, a new mould make little sense..
