Yes poor guy, he made a masterpiece then he was told it was to expensive and was forced to get rid of a lot of bricks, basically all the animals and several minifigs in addition to most of the prints ended up like stickers. It is still a nice set, but could have been the GOAT. Reminds me of the Zack Snyder cut debacle a few years ago, the studio cut the movie to pieces, but colleges and fans kept pestering them to release the directors cut edition and they got their will in the end. Maybe we should start pestering Lego to release the Henrik Rubin Saaby cut of the set What he basically said was he could include one animal with the budget and since the cow was in the castle he went with the goat. That was the right decision here, but one he shouldn't had to make From what I understand it comes in another set, can not see with this low budget that they could make a new mould anyway..

Who are the designers? Must wait until I get home to see it 😅 I am glad I was not there because I could not have hidden my shock that all the animals was missing 🙈

Often there is a better deal to buy a set if it has enough animals if some of them are expensive on PAB.. I am sure City will deliver, one of the few themes that can be trusted to give us animals on a steady pace the last years. After yesterdays MTS shock I have lost faith in Lego giving us any very to me interesting sets the rest of the year. However will be interesting to see the City jungle sets. D&D, LOTR, HP and the modular I expect to be average so maybe I can get some nice surprises instead

Last I heard it was delayed today, I guess something changed since Brickset put it up (not normal they do such a error) and took it down.. My guess are a forestmen or a joust set are next in line. Probably not in a couple of years, I am fine with Space getting a new set next year (spare me the disappointment for Pirates and Castle). They held they horses to save money and they will do the same with a big joust set and only include 2 there as well They will when I and hopefully many other write that in the Lego set review form That is the point! The set would not increase 10$ for a cow if they added it, we could also get some animals in new colors and they would have at minimum kept a lot of animals in stock. Calf, piglet and sheep fur was only in one set, sheep in 2 and they are all out of production now, so I am glad I bought around 10 copy's of the city farm set and a lot of extra animals if some of them end up like the goat in 10 years time

I agree, but not for the same reasons. 2 years ago if you asked me my top 2 dream sets Lego could make I would have answered those two sets basically. Now they have made them both and an while they are not bad sets at all they are not as impressive as they should have been and definitely no wear near the dream sets I hoped for. If they can not impress me with my dream sets I will probably save a lot of money in the coming years Afols should be the group with most money among their customers, so why do they compromise with the price on sets aimed at us?! Would make more sense to do that in City, Ninjago etc aimed at kids.. Me too, but was expecting them in new colours etc in this set

What is missing from the prelim and how much would that cost to include? What I can see on first glance: forestman jester guard horse 2 sheep cow calf 3 owls 1 squirrel most beehives and flowers 2 big trees 2 small birds 1 floor on one of the buildings and the rest look smaller also? 1 marked stall and some other details in front

Hope you are right, because that would be a huge waste of budget.. Have enough of them in my childhood Lego pile anyway

I wonder what people answered on that survey, because the majority must not have been willing to pay much for the set since Lego removed a lot of stuff. I would gladly have paid 50$ more if they included everything they removed, but I am probably the minority here

Definitely possible, but my theory is that it was shown during the Fan media days last year. If so RFLM members has not only seen it, known when it is revealed, when they can publish their review and when it is released. In addition all the employees etc that know about it so a reveal date may have been leaked from somewhere. It's hardly a leak anyway, if it hadn't been for the major survey leak we would have known very little about the set (so far not a single animal is confirmed).. It would be a major let down if the set are not revealed tomorrow

This is nerve-wracking, Wednesday and the reveal can not come fast enough I am very happy with the prelim, but this could mean if it is rather different from it the set might be both better and worse

Yes, but you can say that for any animal included in the set that is not new in any way. "To bad they did not include it, but it is possible to buy at PAB" Yes there are more farm animals available in Lego now than ever before, but in my mind the set must speak for it self and include a lot of animals to make it fantastic. In addition the animals on PAB rely on that they are in set on shelf's to stay in stock and this is a perfect set to have a lot of them so they can stay in stock the coming years, if not we can end up in a new goat situation down the line.. 3 days, we are really getting close now

Welcome If there is indeed chickens in the prelim i think that it is a high chance if not then there probably is a 40% chance. All those owls and small birds must be stand ins for other animals, on the other hand chickens should not be so hard to come by that they need a stand in Best if they are in the prelim because that means there are more animals there than I thought Only 4 days
