    Definitely not, on the inside tour in 2019 I showed 2 well known designers a pictures of the thestral that came in 2018 and they apparently had not seen it and was impressed with the mould I was a Lego designer I would probably go around every week and ask the other themes if they where working on some new animal moulds

    It is actually possible that the bird in HP is a moulded one, comes a new raven in dreamzz now, maybe the buckbeak set have it in more normal colours if we are lucky

    Looks fantastick, hopefully City, CMF or similar will give us one with more useful colors 🥳 Maybe the bird in HP is moulded after all

    Thanks will look at it when I get the time It would make sense why the goat mould was lost, but up until now my understanding was that it was an exception not the rule I know parts that are not in production cost more of the budget of a set/theme to bring back, but if this is the case then they should be a lot more expensive unless remaking a mould cost little (less than they spend on storing them, strange if they just sit on a shelf unless they need a good oil-bath every Sunday )

    Have not seen the video yet, but that sound odd So when a part is gone for more than 5 years they must remake the mould to get it back?! I am sure there are a lot of parts that have a comeback after more than 5 years, e.g. the horse barding that disappeared in 2014 before it came galloping back with LKC in 2022

    We do?! I know the goat mould was damaged at least so they could not use it, but I do not think that normally is what happens to moulds so that all(?) the LOTR moulds where destroyed seems unlikely to me

    Looks like the Maleficent 18+ diorama is now a minidoll set, so the horse is probably a minidoll one as well Another set that is altered a lot from the survey and another set that had a horse that lost it. So then the only set with a horse this year is the HP one (maybe one in LOTR?), compared to the abundance of horses in Lego sets from 1984 and many many years after that it's crazy how rare they have become the last decade

    A battlepack like that would go great with the set and be easy for Lego to make; so they probably will not do it If they sell enough they will keep making them if not they will cancel them, as easy as that (all about the money)

    Those would hurt my wallet the most However something like the Space one do not interest me at all, so the themed ones are very hit or miss. I prefer regular ones what have something for everyone (tough they have way to many costumed figs in general)

    What are the chances for a horse or two and or a fellbeast included with that minifig lineup? Should have increased right?

    I think it is olive green.. ? Great to see that City still give us the good stuff after the animal disappointment in MTS All 3 animals look great, but still have a small hope for a tiger cub as well (seems like a wasted opportunity not to give us one now) Is there only 1 red panda in the battle-pack, after the seals that would be a step in the wrong direction, but the mould looks fantastic at least?

    If I must choose between a new head mould and a new cub, I rather have the cub If someone here is from Poland they could ask on the site in the tiger is any different from the old one and if there are any cubs around to settle the matter

    That is a good point from a business point of view and when people have the set and the CMF show up a lot will buy them too populate the set probably

    I do not know, but it would make sense that they released them together when there is only one D2C and a CMF series so people can get more figs for the set

    Lego Icons was one of top 5 bestselling Lego themes in 2023. I am sure a lot of it was flowers, but should be positive for future Castle, Pirates etc sets as well

    Lego City gets a new police station every year and there is a lot more variation in HP even if they remake some of the sets every few years that is no problem as long as they sell

    HP was a top 5 bestselling theme for Lego in 2023 so bad news for those that want the theme to die
