It is a great little set, lots of spiders, Aragog look good. To bad they did not include Fang then it would have been perfect, well we still have a fair chance to get him in Hagrid's hut or a cmf in the future.. What is the circle thing at the three base suppose to be?

OK fine, but I think it is pushing it to name that little rattlesnake Nagini, it is almost the same as calling the little spider in the set Aragog

What are you two talking about, we did not have any Nagini in any of the 2010 sets?! The odd thing is not that the snake is tan or green, but that is have no pattern printed on the body This must be either be a fake or a prototype! If it is real why have it leaked this early? Is someone paying the factory workers for leaks, I doubt they would risk their job for "likes"

That snake mould looks fantastic, but I think it was longer/thicker in the films.. No way that could eat a minifig, a normal snake probably need to be around 30 feet (8-10m) long to eat a adult human.. Well Nagini is not a normal snake and apparently are described to be around 12 feet ( 3,5m) long so that is more or less spot on and is probably on the limit of what is fitting in a CMF bag... But are the figs legit?! Nagini have a completely wrong colour, but could be before the paint job (wait she have eyes) She looks to be made out of the rubber material and have a place on the tail for the minifg fig to hold, both should be expected What makes me most suspicious is the hand of voldemort, it do not look to have a smooth surface on the edge.. I am 50/50 as of now if it is legit or not If it is that means that the CMF are from every year not only 1-2, I was hoping for the latter since that means a greater chance of getting more different figs and increase the chance for several WW CMF series in the future. If it is the former the chance for animal moulds increase a lot and we can still get a second series or more if it sells well

I think you are in for a few rough months We have just gotten some new set revealed, but we are still missing several sets.. Then after they leak there is the CMF next in line probably some time after the sets.. A long time after that the D2C may leak a couple of days before it is in the shops (if we are unlucky) Most likely just guessing..

I think this very well could be the case.. The picture is lying because the GH are in the front and looks much bigger that it is compared to the rest of the castle! Think of it as someone taking a picture of the Eiffel tower with a finger on the top of it or a picture of a fish held out as far as possible by the fisherman. Well it is very strange, we could get her in a cmf with another fig do not have to be Filch or in a future set..On the other hand they have a cat that is already usable why not use it?! Ok, maybe they felt it needed a new paint-job, but that should not be so costly when they have the mould I am a little worried of the lack of animals in the sets, yes we got a new Scabbers and thestral (and a niffler on the way) that look fabulous, but what about more owls the old sets where full of them I agree with everything in your post, except maybe the last part.. It has 7,4 on IMDb, the other HP films have from 7,4 to 8,1, so maybe the hardcore fans where not as hysteric as they normally are, but the average viewer rate it as good as some of the HP films Depend on how much of Hogwarts you are including in the D2C, the GH set can be to small, perfect and to big! Have look at this map: The GH is maximum 20% of the castle, so if they make the D2C of the "rest" then it would fit perfectly. If Lego on the other hand include the great hall in the D2C with all the rest the GH set would be bigger than the GH in the D2C. And last if they just make the D2C of half the castle, the GH set would be to small.. The D2C is "only" around 500$ so the Disney castle + a small modular building so maximum 6000 pieces, maybe only 4000 if it has a lot of minifigs like the death star.. If people are expecting a 10000 pieces Hogwarts for 500$ they are going to get disappointed no matter what As Lupin would have said: It comes down to whether or not you trust Lego's judgement

Two questions: Can you confirm if Fang is in the Aragog set (big dog)? What do you mean with "missing FB sets", I thought it was only one set left (the suitcase), since both 75955-56 turned out to be HP sets?!

I agree and I like to keep the duplication to a minimum, but one or more of the trio will be in most sets, so far 11 out of 27 figs are of them so far in the sets, so it is no danger of running out of characters any time soon.. This wave is 1-2 and a flavour of 3 (so personally I think 3 is out of the question in sets and cmf until next wave after the train showed up), but if Lockhart do not turn up in the cmf I will be very surprised.. What I meant was that we are missing 6 Weasleys, the Dursleys, several Hogwarts staff, most ghosts, Dobby, most of the students etc from the first 2 films and no way all of those are getting a fig in the first wave, so plenty to make in the future I think the D2C is from all the series, but could definitely only be from the first 2 with later add ons from future waves. If the latter is the case a chamber is almost certain if the former apply I think it could be a future add on at some stage.. What I think speaks against the chamber is the basilisk in GH, but that is only a valid point if the GH connects to the D2C, and even if they connect they could have put a small one in GH for play-features even tough the D2C has a big moulded one I guess we will know more when the CMF are leaked, if Lockhart and Myrtle are not in line up the signs are pointing at a chamber in the D2C

Hopefully not Well a lot of the figs are the same so that reduce the total number and the figs from CMF, TRU and book will over half be in a set now or in the future I guess.. They cold easily fill up the cmf with students from the 2 first films. So far we have gotten 2 figs from POA, but depending on what other figs we get now, they will for sure be behind schedule for the next wave with more than 2 figs from film 1-2! Also do not forget FB, most of figs are missing, so I say full steam ahead

It is definitely odd, but I do not think it decreases the chance to see Umbridge and Slughorn in a future wave, Boggart Snape and Hooch on the other hand Who are we getting in the CMF? Ollivander, we have seen the fig so it is coming somewhere, but not necessary in cmf JK Rowling could be a chase fig like series 18 policeman Hooch was sure we would get her, but not after bricktober surfaced Dementor probably not after it pop up in the train set Harry, Ron and Hermione are there, hopefully not as numerous as the mains was in the batman series Dobby and Lockhart is very likely Sprout and Flitwick also a good chance Ginny, Neville, Fred and George and other students, have to get some of them don't we? Yes, and 750NOK is a lot, but last year I was lucky since "Lekekassen" had a really god discount on a couple of set (I was waiting to buy) at the same time, and since TRU has a "price guarantee" you get the sets for the same price there, I hit the jackpot Sorry to the Mods for this little Norwegian off topic tour This set looks so good so I will try my best to get it, like the rest of this HP/FB wave

Yes, I got two last year, but they were all at the same time so you could chose the set you wanted, which is better than one different set for every week in October. You had to get them via GWP, I think the limit was 750kr in other Lego sets.. Earlier I think they have sold the sets after October if they have stocks left, but that did not happen last year..

If last year is anything to go by it is free in October if you buy Lego for around 75$ or more in a TRU shop.. Since TRU are bankrupt in the US and UK this may or may not change Hard to tell, but most likely not something you can go and buy in a normal shop when you like

Trees are always difficult to make and the elephant trunks was a good choice. If it had been bigger then it would not be on scale with the castle, it has room for the car so it does its job and are instantly reconcilable

Could it be the scarecrow hat with a crow on? The film version had a vulture, but crow is close enough and that would add up to 25 pieces in total also

It is surprising indeed, but I do not think the bricktober sets follow any rule it is more the exception of a rule I think No, brictober sets are never in Lego stores as far as I know, and if they release them in TRU shops around the world it is unlikely that they give it to another store in the US/UK

It could be, but has not there been a sale for a long time already, even if this come out in summer it still is a long time for a bankrupt company to stay open.. And it is likely that Lego will give them any more merchandise, do they not have a serious dept to them as it is, why should Lego help them

Then lucky me and everyone else living close to a TRU still standing, but feel bad for the people in the USA and UK, they will have to pay top dollar to get hold of them probably.. It could even be more sets like one from FB, last year it was 4 different and you had to pay around 75$ to get one..
