  1. A nice list, I would buy those Probably to optimistic about the price in some of the sets
  2. Why It is a very nice set, most likely the price will fall if/when Lego do something similar and/or remake most of the figs, but unless you have to sell it I would have kept it
  3. I think the next wave are 3-4, but IF we are getting a new wave this winter already it could be a chance that they are not finished with 1-2 yet, if so COS is a real possibility
  4. Captain Redbeard got most votes in "What is your favourite minifigure?" over at Brickset https://brickset.com/article/38142/what-is-your-favourite-minifigure-results I still remember when the pirates set came out when I was a kid, completely different face, peg leg and a hook; "That's one small step for minifig, one giant leap for Lego!"
  5. OK, sorry Sherlock Could be a pigeon suit, but hard to tell the difference and we have gotten chicken and penguin already, so unless they plan on including a new pigeon animal mould it is not a big loss to me
  6. Lego made a windmill in a smaller version in 7747, and they may very well make a new bigger one this year, but a re-release of a set that was never on the normal marked from 10 years ago I find hard to believe
  7. Is not that just the penguin we got?
  8. What a huge let down I would for sure return the set, since you are not getting what you ordered.. Either they had very few or they have been selling like crazy! If they had few why have a online promo at all, just give all the sets to the shops, so customer get them directly and know straightaway when they are sold out.. If they sold like crazy, maybe not so smart to start the promo with the most sought after set of the 4 and it is not like it is the first time they have the promo either.. All in all, badly handled by TRU Germany @LegoHPbrickfilms @LegoFjotten a Swedish individual over at the brickset forum have gotten a confirmation that TRU in Sweden will have the bricktober sets (did not know when yet), so that makes it even more likely we get them in Norway ( Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland) since that is the same company
  9. Thanks for the pictures, are they the only two in the book that do not have a minifig yet?
  10. I had a quick look at the dragon parts and maybe they could use this part for the body of the basilisk or make something similar if that is to small: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=59225c02&idColor=5#T=C&C=5 Add a 5-6 of those to a new basilisk head and a tail part and you got a posable excellent new basilisk
  11. A barn where the flock of new moulded reindeer can stay; one can dream right
  12. I assume it will, but sent a mail to TRU and they did not now yet (at least they guy responding).. We have gotten them the last years, so hope/think we will this year as well.. Maybe you can try sending a mail also, to see if you get the same answer I agree, If we compare the over 15 year old moulded basilisk and Fawkes with the brick-built ones from this year, it is a easy win for the old timers. If they moulded them now it would be fantastic just look at the incredible Thestral If we get them in a COS set, Fawkes will be moulded, but maybe just the basilisk head (hopefully not). They only need 3 new moulds for the basilisk, the head-part, a tail-part and a small body-part (then include several in the set), then it would be very posable and fans could make it longer by adding more parts later
  13. When do normal shops get info on what sets they can order in winter 2019? When they do it should be easy enough to find out if we get any WW sets this winter. Probably around now since there is a lot of set names leaking Most likely just place-holders and not pictures of the sets, but at least we would know if and a minimum number of sets..
  14. Definitely developed with HP in mind, but probably used the city budget.. A mammoth, a sabre-tooth and a rat; find one error We definitely got a lot of different animal moulds and recolours for the money in this wave. Next wave got a new budget and all the 1 priority stuff like wand, sorting hat, lamp, light, small flame etc (+ all the minifig parts) are already made so I hope we get even more animal moulds in the next wave What this wave was bad at compared to earlier waves was the number of animals included in sets; 1 owl in the big sets? Should have been 2-3 different! The Mrs. Norris issue puzzle me, why not include a normal cat in the WW set and call it Mrs. Norris, they must plan to make a recolour on a fresh budget in a future wave Hermione and Cho's pets should have gotten new moulds in the CMF, but they got recolours so I am not complaining to much about it
  15. Seems like the CMF has a huge new mould budget compared to most other themes.. They did make a rather big snake in the WW series just now, I think that it is more the size of the bag that limits the mould size and not the budget
  16. Very good stuff indeed, but forgot to include a new Fang mould IF it is true that we get 3 HP and 2 FB sets this winter already I wonder where the sets are from.. The FB sets most likely is from the new film, but HP since it is a small in-between wave(?) could be: From 1-2 from 1-2-3 from 3 from 3-4 I would be happy IF this is true and we get a new wave that soon, but eating it with a lot of salt
  17. I would say sheep is the most likely with such a fig, but Lego usually do not what is most likely when it comes to new animal moulds A updated foal could very well happen and even a calf
  18. There is no rule against CMF figs coming in sets later as long as they are slightly different from the CMF, it happens all the time, so do not mean much.. The way I see it: The figs turning up in sets later; that is fine since they are different The figs that never turn up in a set; then I am really glad they where in the CMF There are so many characters in HP/FB that Lego need to spread them out
  19. Yes we have seen it already It will start tomorrow in TRU in Germany, no where else as far as I have seen will have them tomorrow.. Definitely not Lego, they always advertise the promos in good time before they go live, so sleep well Unless you have seen a ad or similar I would not get my hopes up, but since it is so close to Germany it is worth checking out just to be safe
  20. Well then you are probably in for a few rough years, since Lego probably are releasing sets now and then for several years to come.. For you sake I hope the do not give out any SDCC exclusives, because they can be crazy expensive.. If you look at bricklink after the sets are released you probably get them for the most fair price there I think it will turn up sooner or later here (probably closer to October), but we never get a good deal as 40 euro, probably the same as last year (heldigvis har vi prismatch ihverfall)..
  21. Patience is not your strong suit! Hard to sell something nobody got yet
  22. Nice for those who get the chance; Buy Lego for 40 and get a bricktober set free! Keep the Lego and sell the bricktober set for 40 Buy Lego for 40 and get a bricktober set free! etc..
  23. Is that normal I talked to a grocery shop employ (it is big so they also have Lego), and they had ordered WW minifigs in March, but Lego had told them they could not have any They usually have 1-3 boxes of figs, could Lego really have miscalculated the sales that bad? 3 sets are on backorder in Norway and most Lego selling shops have very few sets if any in stock..
  24. Yes, probably the same thing! It is not normal that promos are for sale before they are a promo (maybe sometimes after the promo if they still have a lot in stock), so just a set that can be bought probably in Lego shops and shop@home.. It is going to be a expensive fig if I must buy a set I do not really want to get it
  25. Yes, most likely not a circus with animals, but still hoping for a zoo, but for sure not in this theme
