  1. Welcome Well they do things slightly different this time, so maybe they will skip him in a few sets in the future
  2. Had not thought about that, but they could give him/it a baby sized head, would probably win the ugliest baby contest easy over the sewer babies
  3. It is strange if we do not get any more new Hogwarts student in this 5 sets, there are plenty we miss, but hopefully someone is in other sets/advent calendar .. If Harry is not in the knight bus it is fine by me, the more sets that Harry or the trio is not in the better as long as they are replaced by other more uncommon characters. A knight bus with a lot of bricks (?) and only 2 figs is not good and not living up to the high fig count standard in HP sets. E.g. a passenger witch or wizard would be great to use as a "civilian"
  4. No, last year we where sure they where not since the fan sites did not report it, but later it was known that they were in another room that only retailers had access
  5. Well you have definitely been rude to several members! You have also lied, no matter what the reason was so no wonder other members are being sceptic. As a leaker (if you are legit that is) there is no point in defending yourself, we will know in a few months if you are right and then if you are we will believe you next time you have info and know that you were right all along Off course it is to your advantage that @Hoth Rebel confirms what you are saying, but unless He/She is a leaker with a proven track record that is not a definitive prof, since lets face it, it could be your second account if we are cynical here Personally I did not believe you earlier because you were definitely lying about something, that was not difficult to notice. When new members lie and there are leaks involved, the leaks are usually the lie Now I think it is a much more likely that you have come clean and are telling the truth (however still taking it with a grain of salt ) So no reason to go and sulk, we are happy and thankful for all the information we can get (as long as it is legit)
  6. While noting is certain before the sets are released, this is a much more believable story instead of PM-o-rama, diffuse source, risk of loosing job etc.. Next time just say: We where "Beyond the wall" at LTF
  7. No, but earlier fan sites like Brickset was invited to the London toy fair by Lego themselves. While they were not allowed to take pictures, they did a very good job in reporting back to us what was there.. This year for some reason they where not so no wonder the news from the LTF is hard to come by..
  8. That is fair enough, but the figures had stand-ins?! So it is possible that you have guessed wrong on who they are in some cases?
  9. Well in London the fans where not allowed access and in Nuernberg last year there was a room that only retailers had accesses to.. The HP were definitely not in New York, but that do not rule out that they were on the other fairs with restrictions on who could see the sets While it is a slim chance you will get in trouble for posting here, personal info like that i would keep to myself if I where you.. It was probably several 1000 visitors and you could be anyone of them so it is a small chance this will lead back to you anyhow, but better safe than sorry
  10. They at least look much better with some molded parts instead of completely brick built creatures.. The wings are also moulded in the final product I assume.. It is still possible that it is only moulded parts in the end I guess, but maybe they had used a castle dragon as stand in instead then
  11. Well Lego do stuff like that sometimes, so one do not rule out the other That is great news, with 3 new moulds for animals and fantastic beasts I assume they put in some owls as well, even tough the were rare in the first wave compared to the older waves. In addition to spiders, rats and frogs Ideally the hungarian horntail should be moulded as well, but from what I understand it is brick built?!
  12. Well first of all unless you work directly for TLG or signed a NDA before entering the room, you should be fine! Plenty of people have reported from toy fairs before without any trouble as far as I know Second Lego most likely did not have every set in the line up there, so both the advent calendar and graveyard could still be true.. Did you see any animals in the sets beside the stag?
  13. Why did you not say that in the first place?! Instead of all this back and forth with PM Did they have the sets on display with stand-ins for figs or just box art with stand-ins figs?
  14. That is possible since it was only for retailers, and if not anyone of them say anything it is hard for us to know what was going on there.. You have talked to a retailer that was at the London toy fair and saw some of the HP sets, is that what you are saying?!
  15. I think Harry Potter is the theme that is mentioned most times in this video! "Especially the second half was strong and we saw a lot of successes on the Harry Potter theme" I do not think we have to worry this theme goes away any time soon
  16. Excellent stuff! I finely got the Eldorado fortress last year after wanting to get it more or less since -89
  17. Maybe the mould budget was used up, each mould cost a lot even if it is only a "minor modification" they still must make a new one
  18. Yes, that was a bummer, would have been the cherry on the cake in the excellent western theme
  19. No offence, but I have only visited Hoth a couple of times so I do not remember you or your track record, but I am sure someone else can confirm it At least I would say, we had a couple of limited sets that went under the radar last year, not unlikely if that is the case this time around also I guess: 2019: 3 and 4 2020: 5 and 6 2021: 7 and 8
  20. Until all the sets are revealed by Lego, it is impossible to know for sure who is right or wrong since no one with a proven track record is saying anything.. Exactly Welcome to all the new members The easiest way to get 10 posts is to welcome each other in this thread : https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/forum/17-hello33-my-name-is/ Not a unlikely list, we will see soon enough if it is right If I where to make a wild guess I would say the following figs: Expecto patronum: Harry, Sirius, stag, dementor triwizard challenge: Harry, Fleur, Krum and a dragon the watchtower/clocktower: Harry, Ron, Hermione, dementor, Sirius Black, Madam Pomfrey and Buckbeak Hagrids hut: Hagrid, Cornelius fudge, Harry, Hermione , Dumbledore, Buckbeak and Fang the knight bus: Stan Shunpike, Ernie Prang, Harry, a sleeping passanger and Padfoot Yule ball Fleur, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Parvati and or Padma Patil
  21. Hi! Anyone here going this year?! I am going in September Unlike most Norwegians I have not even been to Billund yet, so it is about time I go on this pilgrimage
  22. Welcome I built the whomping willow set this weekend. On pictures I thought it was a little in the shadow of the GH fame, but was very impressed with the set. The car must be the most complex I have built in that size, with a lot of different techniques, the willow was also very well made and the castle nice as well Looking forward to getting the rest of the sets from this and last year in September TheRandomBlocker; Is it you Rain Man?!
  23. Well at least that is one set with Harry and "Phlegm" in yule ball outfit
  24. Hope you are right
  25. Since all the toy fairs were a big let down I am glad the leaks starts early , maybe not that surprising since the sets this year come out 1-2 mounts before last years sets
