  1. Im just glad that I have seen the prelims after the completed model. They've done a good job at hiding the prelims this year
  2. Hi Effeman The rear bumper doesn't do it for me for some reason it looks like it should be for a different vehicle, or maybe just a 90 deg angle on the sides 2 studs long Nice progress thou
  3. thanks for the response My apologies, but i'm referring to the orientation of the beam which connects to the hub behind the lights. the top arrow is to show where I think the pivot point is, which seems to be in line with the wheel arch. this Is what I have in LDD this far. thanks
  4. Hi Effeman don't you think that the indicator lights are 1 brick to long other than that it looks great this far
  5. Think You are right Zblj, as it seems the pivot point is in line with the wheel arch (top arrow) and if anybody can assist with the bottom two arrows as I can't figure out what I should be seeing ...... Drives me nuts
  6. Almost done with the body, still busy with the gearbox and steering Enjoy
  7. Hi Touchobut Thank you so much for reviving this thread, have no idea how I could have missed this... I have build Your Tatra t-813 over the last couple of days and have to say I am truly impressed with this Model. Always wanted to build one but never had all the parts. So I had to make a few alterations to make yours. Wheels/ Tyres 81.6 x 38 R Gearing for the steering change to 12 tooth double bevel and 36 tooth double bevel Fuel tank 4x 5x7 beam frame (dont no what its called) Cab fender changed to 13 Black Flex axle Rear bumper made from beams but looks similar in shape as yours Red thing on the back changed to something else slap together.. My opinions of You MOC Outstanding climbing capabilities considering only 1 x XL motor Brilliant suspension setup Fairly common parts used Clever steering solution Instantly recognizable Symmetrical building style ( Makes it easy for the novice builders like Me) Will stay on my shelf for at least a year ...... to play with cause my 2yo loves it to bits. The only issues I have, is that the front wheels seem to have a bit of a toe in alignment issues caused by the steering arm, as when I reverse the suspension compresses in the front and visa versa. The second steered axle tends to jam when turning sharp left, and I think it is caused by the shock absorber scraping against the tyres I have chosen to used. Otherwise outstanding Some Pic's Once again Thank you so much for the free BI and IMHO a truly marvelous MOC. KEEP ON MOCING
  8. This is my favorite picture I have taken. not sure if it is just the model.. but I like it thanks
  9. And that lever mechanism is what i created in LDD in my previous post (#202 Page 9) but can't figure out how this is connected to the HOG and the axles
  10. Looking good But I think that the front axle will make the truck look better if you had moved it 4 studs forward. Keep-it-up Thanks
  11. I definitely agree that pneumatics would have been awesome with this set, and that is on my todo list (which is getting too long) This is what i have observed from the two youtube videos w.r.t. the rear steering, I would appreciate it if anybody could give there input ,as i don't know how this is connected to the hub of the wheels and the HOG steering thanks
  12. Yes saw that too starting to think that it will work with gears and levers but the side way movements of the lever is still a mystery to me, but there is some slack/delay between the two axles .
  13. Nice C Model  Love the Zetros Would you mind taking some close-up of the truck
  14. My Apologies I thought we were talking about this Specific model (Claas Xerion 5000 Trac VC) which coinsedently is the said model in the description.. as far as my little knowledge goes the Big Tractors are meant for flat terrain, but I might be wrong. There are a lot of different suspension types... the smaller models do have a pendular axle/swing arms in the front Just my 2cents
  15. If you want it, MOG it that's the fun of it.. TLG can't do everything for Us demanding AFOL's
  16. My thoughts exactly This is a CLAAS not a MB Track
  17. The only thing that is suspended is the Cab in the real Claas, AFAIK the tires act like suspension
  18. All I'm say is must have parts pack  Thanks TLG
  19. That's what I wanted to do.... thanks Ondra
  20. A pic found on google hope this helps
  21. Efferman how many studs does this crane of yours protrude above the cab? I just like how compact this is !!! Good work as always
