  1. That looks like a plausable impulse to me. Maybe the store got stock before it was discovered. If I saw these, I'd probably get at least 3. I doubt I will find them, though.
  2. Wait, those were exclusives? Ah, that explains it! I really wanted those battle packs, but I didn't realise... Anyway, I honestly doubt these won't be exclusives. I don't think I've seen battle packs like these recently in stores (i.e. five figures, no other pieces).
  3. Ooh! I must get the Pizza Planet truck and dump truck. I'll see if I can get the garbage truck set. Seems like no more Zurg sets are coming out, so I'll go out and get the Star Command Spaceship set. I may also get that RC set because I like RC. =)
  4. So, I wonder what the new storyline will be? I go with my old theory, that they'll try to discover the origin of the creatures. To be really honest, I'll only be interested in the new lineup if there are small sets or new creatures. I still haven't got a single set yet; I'm waiting for the portal set. If I miss out on the set, I'll be really disappointed.
  5. Looks great. I like the walker. Personally, the minifigs would be good without the custom parts. I also particularly like your reuse of existing parts: Rotta as a head, ARC armour, Snake's helmet...
  6. Ooh, great! Can't wait to see what's coming up. I'm guessing rings will be gone, possibly replaced with something else.
  7. Nice. I like the design of the droid, while it may be inaccurate (I can't exactly remember how it looked, but I don't think it had such an angular head), it still looks good.
  8. I agree. I haven't seen a Lego promotion like this since the Creator sets released with biscuits (or something) two or so years ago. Not really a Racers fan, though if I saw these, I'll probably get them.
  9. Hmm... Given the lack of neck printing, and various other things people pointed out, it is supposedly made in China but with better quality. I'll still have to get these if I see them. My opinion on magnets haven't changed, but if I happen to chance across them in a store (not online), I'll get a few.
  10. I like the minifig included, is that a new torso? The quad bike itself is quite nice, too.

Looks great, and keeps well with the science fiction theme. If it had more red, it'd look better, in my opinion, but still, great.
  12. Hmm, I heard a rumour (hasn't got a source, so likely to be false) that Power Miners could be revived late this year or next year. I wonder if this is true? If it is, then it'll probably be updated, e.g. Agents and Agents 2.0 (is there a difference?).
  13. You mean not resorting. The main reason I don't buy magnet sets is because I don't normally buy anything off the Shop At Home site due to a few complications. Also, I get a sense of guilt by not purchasing the set that the minifig is supposed to be in. =P Besides, I like the sets anyway. This rockinkurt person, if I remember right, claimed there may have an Order 66 line of sets. To be honest, I don't think he was a Lego employee. It just seems so "convenient". What happened to him, just out of interest? Did he just leave, or was his account closed or something?
  14. Looks great. Unfortunately, don't have the actual set myself to compare it, as it's not released in Australia yet (to my knowledge). Honestly, I preferred the purple colour scheme, but red is good too.
  15. Really? Hmm, I always thought there was one. Maybe we will see some actual war lines... I'm guessing that this weapon is from the base, and I think Hench might be its owner. Just making a guess, I really don't have any clue, but the gold and wing-like sides draw me to this conclusion.
  16. Looks quite detailed. I like the method used for the grill and windscreen wipers.
  17. I still won't buy magnet sets despite this, mainly because I can't in the first place. Anyway, I'd rather get the sets and spend more money or miss out on minifigs rather than resorting to magnets.
  18. Wow. That is quite interesting, I'll remember that if I ever need to make one. Whatever happened to Lego's violence policy? =P
  19. If you look at the prelim boxes from the Toy Fair, all five rings were shown without the creature on front. It is almost certainly a preliminary image.
  20. While I normally don't like custom parts, these look quite good. I still won't get any, though, because I prefer to stay traditional.
  21. Unrealistically, I'd like a Halo line (already taken by Megablocks! Oh no!), a Doctor Who line, and lots of other things that I like. Realistically, I'd like them to extend the Star Wars license (=P), and maybe make a proper war theme revolved around a movie or series. I'm a fan of the Great Escape, but since that movie was released back in 1963, it probably wouldn't become a line. Another movie or series could be featured, though. Indiana Jones had some German and Russian soldiers, I think, so it might work. EDIT: I'd also like a Kirby theme, I strangely like the series, for some reason...
  22. Nice, but I probably can't get them. I haven't seen a single promotional set in ages.
  23. Hey, if anyone's interested, I've found the source of that image a few pages back! A new Power Miners game! It appears to be a pac-man styled game.
  24. Humorous, but detailed and accurate. Nice work.
  25. If that is true, then that feature is pretty cool. The sticker is a Mythosaur skull, the Mandalorian symbol. You can see it on Fett's arm. I wonder if it'll be on the minifig, on the cloth part? I'm honestly not too concerned about the cockpit. If it's dark, then it'll look better. If it's clear, then you can see more of the interior. I haven't got a Slave 1 set yet, so it doesn't matter much. That applies to many other sets: I haven't got a single Snowspeeder, Jedi Starfighter...
