Could anyone make the Globe decal from POTC Captains Cabin set? and if possible make the decal square look, i hope you understand what i mean. I need it in my (Possibly) coming ship project, so at i scould make a map wich you can also put on the wall. Captain Becker

it was funny at start, but now this starts to get annoying already, i can understand if your screen names, avatarts etc. Are upside down, but when you also write upside down, its really bugging me. Cant even read what are you guys saying? Im dont even try to turn the text right way. Captain Becker

Do you have any idea wich class ship you would like to make? A sloop or a brig maby? And does it have any cannons, if so, how many? These could help a bit when you are looking for an offical Lego ship or your own made ship into your troops. I think a ship like this i found on MOCpages could be a pefect sze for yours, only a bit more armin if you want to. Captain Becker

All the entries are great, but many of tjhem are more like a MOC or Vignettes, and they have not thinked at what TLG would actually make.But this dont mean at i dont like them of course. Thats why im gonna give 7 points to: 3/ Ignacia Village by quy - 4 points 32/ The Final Ruins by Jalkow - 3 points I really think at these would be an actual Lego sets, even at there are still some minor things wich i would change. Well its always glad to have you back Sir Norman. I think you should buy some parts from bricklink and try to do your own ship for you small Redcoat army. If you dont want to buy the new IFS (Wichi would buy either, too expensive) And dont want to dig up your old Legos, or build Caribbean Clipper again (Wich i wouldnt do again, the colours are wrong IMO) then the only option would be that. Take a look at Admiral Croissant`s Vesta and Perfectionist`s Achille for some inspiration. There has many new Lego ships made over there while you were gone. You also sayed at you dont like 3 decker ships like HMS Vistory, what about 2 decker then? I personally dont like 3 decker`s either very much and im more into 1 decker ships, and 2 deckers are max in my fleet (Wich i dont have yet) Im planning to make my own ship next autumm if i have some money to start the project or instrest. Anyway, i wish you and your army good luck whit choising wich path you go. PS: How many redcoats you have in that army? Well, the most expensive 6271 what i have seen to be sold in 79 euros, id say yes it was a good deal. The minifigs and the sails arent a big lost, you can always make your own sails and replace the old minifigs whit the new ones. You also get a working compass and alot of weapons wich is a plus of course. But the coins are a bit of a lost IMO. But if we think at you got the set whit out those in 40 euros or dollars, yes it was a good deal. Captain Becker PS: Did you contac for the seller and asked him for a more info about the sets condition in overall? Because some parts might be broken, or their colour has been changed (Cant remember the word) and the plastic might be sometimes weak in some old sets. And make sure at you keep it in good condition and wash it carefully when its getting dusty. The dust damages the pieces badly.

looks great so far, but im only wondering did you build it so at the hull will be strong enough, because if i look at your LDD model, it wont look like very good planned. Specially the bow seems to be very weak in LDD model, and there is some gaps you could try to fill. But i wih you luck whit this project. I have to disagree whit you in that, if we look Bonapartes made Prince of Wales, you notice at it is possible to make a good looking ship-of-the- line in prefab hulls. Captain Becker

Indeed it a nice vignette. When i readed the title, i though at you had make the scene where there was 20 Jacks, i loved that scene I like the small palm tree over there and the SNOT water wors really well. Only thing wich i would change is the Black hat, because Jacks hat used to be the brown one eh? Great job whit this. Captain Becker

Funny, i just looked this ship in MOCpages and now its already here I say it now at this is a great looking ship for sure! The stern is just cleverly made (Mean the window solution) And the whole thing is just Is there any interior on this ship? When it comes to cash in these days... I cant even imagine how much it would be. But i can say at you can make easily a couple of tons of cash whit those sets in these days, take a look the prizes wich peapole are selling them in these days so it might help aa bit. Captain Becker

Great looking ship already! But there is yet some space for improvment, the bow is looking a but clumay yet IMO: The headrails are looking a bit weird, i recommend you to watch some pictures from ship MOC`s and our member Perfectionist made index: Historical ships and figurheads index also. and the mastpieces on the bow (I forgot the offical name of it) should be a little bit upper and also the figurhead. I think at the new torso from upcoming Alien Qonquests theme set Alien motherships commanders torso would make a very good addition on Pirates line, of course i havent seen the closeup shots from the torso so im not 100% sure, but it surely fits in army use! Captain Becker
