I like the sails and ridging. Must have been some work to make this. And also the back of the ship looks beautiful. All that yellow makes this look very authentic. I think I also notice a tumblehome effect, but that's hard to see on this picture. Like Mr. Phes stated, the gallery is not yet public, but judging from the attached picture this is a beauty.

Welcome at EB!! And I'm NOT Dutch ;-) However, Belgium and the Netherlands were one country between 1815 and 1830.

This is a MOC of rare beauty! I like this so much that it is now headlined on Classic-Pirates. It is nearly perfect. Great overall design of the buildings. The right colors (except those green doors maybe). And of course some lovely details. Impressive !!!

The French army is not that very valuable for me because there are only 5 shako's and no red epaulets. And those are the most wanted/rare parts. So I wouldn't spend too much money on this one.

Since we already have a favorite music thread, I suggest to use that thread and I'll close this one.

What a peaceful scene. Nice how you show both the surface and what's under it. Maybe you could add a skellie somewhere under the water... no wait, then the scene wouldn't look peaceful anymore. I like it like it is ;-) .

Thanks for posting this Joey. It is nice to look at this and to compare with the Lego ships. But its not really build with bricks. More like big parts that need to be assembled. No room for reusing the parts for MOCing.

Hey I never voted in this one. I took the "Its merely a small fort" option. But it can be an excellent starting point for a big fortress. It certainly has been an immense inspiration for several fortress MOCs. Thanks for reviving this old one Mr. Tiber!

The pirate forum is not only about pirates, but also about the Imperial Soldiers. So this movie is at the right place. It's image quality is a bit low with some noise, but the movie is well done. Must have been a lot of work to make this... Nice find!!

This certainly is an interesting set for army building. But like Ned Flanders Asuka said, it is already discussed on page 44 of the New 2007 Castle Theme thread. So I'll close this one and we can continue the discussion there.

Jipay has fixed Tony's account problems. I've tested his account and send him an email. So normally Tony should appear one of these days... This certainly is a little beauty. Lovely colors, great details,... Tony also has some excellent picture taking skills.

I agree with the rest of the guys on this. I hate those animated and moving signatures/avatars. Not only on forums, but also on websites these annoy me... especially now because I just woke up with a hangover and a headache.

I've waited for a special and quiet moment to enjoy this newest edition. And like the previous editions I had a good laugh. Some excellent underwear jokes and the mandatory whacking make is one just *wub* . And finally the emperor has invaded this comic.
