  1. Been there, done that, didn't care for it. It's mostly for kids saying: OMG, EF rules, wanna be my buddy? Loooooooooooooooooolllll (followed by every smilie on the board) It's plain old fashion LAME...
  2. Yes. It's truely an awesome MOC. You can stare at it for hours and not get tired of it. Good work.
  3. I really feel that it doesn't matter. The sets are the way they are because it keeps the cost down (fewer bricks), but still creates the illusion of armoured behemoths. It works fine for me. Otherwice you would have to complain about the rear of the robots, that have no armour etc. etc.
  4. EXO-CHAMP

    Teaser

Whatever it is, it looks great. Is it from a film?
  5. Wow, scary picture. ;-) What did you have for breakfast? :-P
  6. I really love the zeppelin. Very nicely done I must say.
  7. Yes. That would be a rel treat. He makes some very impressive MOCs.
  8. Somehow this makes me wish I had some pirate bricks. 16 visible gunports pr. side. What a MOC it would be.
  9. Sometimes those prices are ridiculous. F.ex. you can buy an Iron Drone for like $ 4.5 or $ 4.7 A sentry micro machine with an Iron Drone costs $ 4.99 It doesn't make sense.
  10. Well, the uniforms look great. Keep up the good work.
  11. Now I come to think of it, it must be the smooth surfaces and the realistic look. And it reminds my of the Grandmasters palace I saw in the town of Rhodes (just got back from vacation).
  12. Well I'm a novice at this pirate business, but I totally fell of my chair when I saw this: Torre de Bel
  13. Your on. :-D I'll just have to assemble my Raging Storm and take some pictures.
  14. By all means Mr. Phes. No reason to waste a thread. I would be equally interrested in seeing the best islands and fortresses the MOCers can provide.
  15. Yeah. Guess I meant making a post that already excist.
  16. Ok. I'll look in the other tread then. Sorry about the double posting
  17. For some time now, I've been looking at all these beutiful ships you guys post here. I'm not a pirate fan (yet), but the coolness factor of these wooden behemoth doesn't escape me. My question is: Which land based MOC (I.e. town, fort, base or island) or original LEGO set the real pirate fans really like?
  18. How are the rest of you guys doing with your wargames?
  19. The instructions were updated. An errate note included in the box showed were the replacement parts went. I think I will contact the customer service, but it really bugs me that I have to correct an error that Lego did on purpose (I mean - the bricks and errate notes didn't fall into the box by accident). It's just not good enough...
  20. Thanks. It looks great.. *y*
  21. I'm not a big expert on naval tactics, but I read one place that the HMS Oliphant (ship of the line) was forced to retreat from a host of danish gunboats (huge rowing boats with a big front mounted cannon). Although the gunboats had an unfair advantage (almost no wind), it does seem to support the fact that a ship-of-the-line is not always with an escort.
  22. Amazing MOC. I almost didn't notice the rails the first time. :-P
  23. I've begun the construction of the web-site for my EXO-DICE game. You can follow the progress here: click on sig
  24. natelite is right. The union officer uniforms were dark blue: http://www.ipmslivonia.org/ipms/Gallery/UIO/KitRUIO.htm
  25. You do not scare me. I know how you dress-up for saturday night: :-D
