Reading the transcript raise my blood temperature , who does she think she is....seriously, " Lego Friends line is much more simplistic " some of the designs are more detailed than some city sets....some even fusion of creator too ! The line " It's extremely limiting. ", what is limiting.....a child's imagination is never limiting unless an overbearing adult dictates to the child what they can and can not play with. I will love to see someone come up with a Friend's vig of female Jedi and Sith lords battling it out or a city style vig of a police woman or fire fighter or even a Rosie-The-Riveter ! Does it really matter what the Lego set looks like if a child likes it.....let the children play. Play Well.

Ah, sorting parts....yes, worse than sticker sheets ! For me sometimes, a glass or three of wine helps and having the TV on either MAX or MTV Classic or Cartoon Network....hopefully Total Drama is on !

G'day everyone, Lord Tigerius here...don't worry I'm still around and currently working on my Locksmith building (sadly an accident happened to my watchtower while working on my forge next to it....you see my weapons are quite powerful ). I hope to have this structure complete within a week. Thanks for the review 'Speedboat', the figures look impressive event the stormies that look like they need a bath ! The swoop bike is a neat little build and I guess it was put in there to make up it up to it's price point. Due to my budgeting for this year, it might be the only SW set I buy this year for myself. (might be selling a lot of SW to make way for city sets to keep the wife happy ) Anyway, great review 'Speedboat'....Review On !

I found something very interesting and if Lego wins.....this controversy might blow over. Nominations for the ToyAward 2012 Yes, a Friend's set is nominated for toy of the year ages 6 to 10.

I will show my wife this for sure and I bet you that she will want me to make one of those for her.....Titanic fan (drove to Melbourne to see the expo at the Melbourne Museum two years ago). It's great to see everyone picking there favourite and it's not all one sided.....in fact it's interesting to see in the stores which one is the most popular....the one almost sold out that is in some stores......4435 Car and Camper. Now to clear something up the recycling truck with telearm forklift is not part of the Great Vehicles range....perhaps Lego could have included it, but it is a store exclusive in Oz which means we'll have to wait up to 6 months for it to hit the mid-year toy sales. Here's something to watch from Lego.com......

I say try it 'bootz' and see how it looks...are you going to get the town hall when released ? You need a billboard hanging off the side of a multistorey building along side your dealership advertising a model of a Bolt. There's a challenge for you 'bootz'.....Brick On while on your treadmill (I saw it in the background ) !

Now this is a good question what is your favourite Great Vehicle and is there more than one ? To help you choose..... 4431 - Ambulance 4432 - Garbage Truck 4433 - Dirt Bike Transporter 4434 - Dump Truck 4435 - Car and Camper Plus which earlier Lego City vehicle would you consider an equal to call it a Great Vehicle as well ? It would be interesting to see everyone's answers. For me, at number one is the Dump Truck, why....new parts to build the tipper tray with and a wheel barrow , finally a construction tool 30 years in the making is here ! My choice for an earlier vehicle to be considered a Great Vehicle, simple....it's set in concrete ! 7990 - Cement Mixer Vote On everyone !
